چكيده فارسي :
اقتصاد مقاومتي و تجلي افق روشن آن و ماحصل باروري‌هاي چند لاية آن، پديده‌اي تازه شناخته‌شده است و تجربة جمهوري اسلامي ايران اولين تجربه در نوع اسلامي آن، در بين كشورهاي دنياست. از ديد برخي كارشناسان، اين نوع اقتصاد راهكار مناسبي براي اين روزهاي اقتصاد كشور و شرايط تحريم‌هاي بي‌سابقه‌اي است كه به كشورمان تحميل شده است. مقام معظم رهبري در چند سال اخير بحث اقتصاد مقاومتي را مطرح و از آن به‌عنوان روشي مهم در تغيير مسير حركت اقتصادي كشور ياد كردند؛ روشي كه در برابر هجمه‌هاي غرب همانند سدي محكم كارآمد باشد. پديدة اقتصاد مقاومتي مثل هر پديدة بي‌نظير، نياز به معرفي، معنا، كاربرد و فرايند شناسي دارد؛ از اين رو در اين پژوهش سعي شده است كه اصول و خط‌مشي الگوي اقتصاد مقاومتي كه مبتني بر اقتصاد اسلامي است و بايدهاي مطرح‌شده در بيانات مقام معظم رهبري درزمينة عبور از پيچ توسعه و پشت سر گذاشتن شرايط حاكم بر اقتصاد كشور، در قالب روش مطالعة كتابخانه‌اي معرفي و تجارب نزديك به آن در كشورها و برهه‌هاي زماني مختلف معرفي شوند. اقتصاد مقاومتي به اين معناست كه در تعامل با دنيا در موضع قدرت قرار داشته باشيم و دنيا كه به لحاظ سياسي با ما درگير است، نتواند از جنبة اقتصادي به ما ضربه بزند تا به اين نتيجه برسند كه ما براي وضعيت اقتصادي كشور خود تمهيداتي انديشيده‌ايم و برنامه‌ريزيهاي استراتژيكي را اجرا مي‌كنيم؛ به‌طوري‌كه نمي‌توانند به ما فشار بياورند و درنهايت در تعاملات سياسي نتوانند از موضع برتر حرف بزنند. اقتصاد مقاومتي قطعاً راهكار و چارچوب برنامه‌ريزي ما براي تعامل با دنيا است. اقتصاد مقاومتي در قالب مفهومي الگوي اسلامي‌ـ ايرانيِ پيشرفت و جهاد اقتصادي و همت مضاعف، كار مضاعف است؛ از اين رو جمهوري اسلامي قادر است با برنامه‌ريزي، تلاش، تدوين استراتژي‌ها و مشاركت مردم، به‌ويژه طراحان برنامه‌هاي اقتصادي و دستگاه اجرايي، اقتصاد مقاومتي را به منصة ظهوري بي‌سابقه بگذارد.

Experience of Islamic republic of Iran, first experience is between
world countries that caused reproductive succels of established
independent economic phenomenon sweet unknown. It hasnot trace of
any global economic issues and experts in this field have theories, the
use of independent economic saunctions are the best way to
conditions. The Iranian great feader has announced in recent years,
that economic resistance is an important ways for a major change of
economic direction. Resistance to economic phenomena such as the
uniqne phenomenon of process is the need to introduce, Meaning,
applicateon , cognative process. So in this research affort has been the
performance economy is based on the need to principles of Islamic
economy and according to the heed of development and over coming
obstacles to achieve the conditions, economy as a library in the
conaunity should be introduced. Economic strength means that be
placed in a position of power in dealing with the world and we
engaged in the world in terms of political and economic terms, we are
able to damages. We tought the economic situation optimal ways and
we run programs strategy, and they do not push on us. They cannot
speak about the issue of political assays. Resistor way we intract with
the world economy. Resistance lead to the economic progress of the
country that with much effort and work. So Islamic republic is capable
of planning , effort. Writing strategy public participation, particalary
economic planners lead to resistance to economy to become a uniqne
scane and unrivaled.
