بررسي استراتژي‌هاي آموزشي قبل از تحريم و پياده‌سازي استراتژي‌هاي جديد بر مبناي اقتصاد مقاومتي

در اين پژوهش به بررسي استراتژي‌هاي آموزشي قبل از تحريم و پياده‌سازي استراتژي‌هاي جديد بر مبناي اقتصاد مقاومتي پرداخته شده است. طرح پژوهش با توجه به ماهيت طرح به گردآوري اطلاعات كيفي و كمي براي تدوين بيانية مأموريت سازمان نياز دارد؛ همچنين به شناسايي عوامل داخلي و خارجي و استفاده از روش‌هاي مختلف (روش تحقيق تركيبي) براي گردآوري اطلاعات نيز نياز دارد. نمونة بررسي‌شده، معاونان و مديران و همچنين چند تن از استادان دانشگاه كه درزمينة تدوين و نقشة استراتژي فعاليت يا به‌نوعي همكاري دارند، است. ابزار اندازه‌گيري استفاده‌شده متناسب با موضوع و شيوة پژوهش، شامل جلسه‌هاي نيمه ساختاريافته محقق‌ساخت است. اين پژوهش با استفاده از مطالعات و مباني بيان‌شده از كتب و اسناد علمي موجود، با استفاده از تكنيك ديماتل فازي كه يكي از روش‌هاي شناخته‌شده تصميم‌گيري گروهي است، انجام شده است. با توجه به روابط علي و معلولي ميان شدت اثر مستقيم و غيرمستقيم فاكتورهاي مؤثر در ماتريس سوات، عوامل مرتبط با آناليز اين ماتريس به‌گونة انعطاف‌پذير و به‌صورت كمي تحليل و رتبه‌بندي شده و در نهايت نقشة استراتژي ارائه شده است. در‌نهايت براساس يافته‌هاي پژوهش به‌صورت نمونه‌كاوي، به توسعة كاربرد ديماتل فازي به‌جاي ماتريس برنامه‌ريزي استراتژيك كمي پرداخته است و مي‌تواند براي كاهش شكاف كاربرد مديريت استراتژيك در دنياي بي‌ثبات امروزي گام بردارد.
