تاثير آموزش پرستاران بر ميزان رضايت مندي از آموزش به بيمار در بيماران بستري و بر دانش، نگرش و عملكرد پرستاران بخش مراقبت هاي ويژه قلبي

Effects of Nurse Education on both Patients’ Satisfaction of Teaching Patients, and Nurses’ Knowledge, Attitude and Performance in Intensive Care Units of Teaching Hospitals

زمينه و هدف: آموزش به بيمار يكي از اركان اساسي و مهم در حرفه پرستاري به شمار مي رود. آموزش باعث مي شود تا توانايي بيمار در مراقبت از خود افزايش پيدا كند كه در نتيجه مصرف داروهاي تجويز شده تا 5% كم شده و 42 درصد از پذيرش مجدد بيماران كاسته مي شود. هدف از اين مطالعه بررسي تاثير آموزش به پرستاران بر ميزان رضايت مندي بيماران از آموزش به بيمارو همچنين تاثير آموزش بر دانش و نگرش و عملكرد پرستاران مي باشد . روش ها: اين مطالعه يك پژوهش نيمه تجربي است . بدين منظور 140 بيمار در دو گروه تقسيم شدند و قبل و بعد از مداخله پرسشنامه رضايت از آموزش را تكميل نمودند اين پرسشنامه شامل اطلاعات فردي و 15 سوال در ارتباط با رضايت مندي بيماران در مورد چگونگي و ميزان آموزش به بيمار بود. همزمان به 60 پرستار كه به روش سرشماري انتخاب شده بودند، مدت يك ماه در مورد اهميت آموزش به بيمار آموزش داده شد. پرستاران قبل و بعد از آموزش پرسشنامه دانش، نگرش و عملكرد در مورد آموزش به بيمار را تكميل كردند؛ اين پرسشنامه نيز حاوي اطلاعات فردي و سوالات آگاهي، نگرش و عملكرد در مورد آموزش به بيمار بود. اطلاعات با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تجزيه و تحليل شد. يافته ها: نتايج اين مطالعه نشان داد كه بين ميانگين نمره رضايت از آموزش بيماران قبل و بعد از مداخله تفاوت معني دار آماري وجود داشت (0/05 >p) و بين ميانگين نمره دانش و عملكرد پرستاران قبل و بعد از مداخله تفاوت معني دار آماري وجود داشت (0/05 >p). نتيجه گيري:اين مطالعه نشان داد كه آموزش پرسـتاران در ارتباط با آموزش به بيـمار باعث افزايش ميزان رضايتمندي بيماران از آموزش مي شود؛ همچنين باعث افزايش دانش و بهبود عملكرد پرستاران مي گردد.با توجه به اهميت آموزش به بيمار و نقش آن در بهبود وضعيت بيماري فرد و ارتقاء سلامتي، توصيه مي شود برنامه هاي آموزش ضمن خدمت براي پرستاران در زمينه آموزش به بيمار گنجانده شود.

Background:Patient education is one of the pillars of basic nursing duties. Education improves the ability for self-care in patient and, as a result, it decreases the use of the prescribed drug by 5% it also reduces the re-admission of the patient to the hospital by 42%. The purpose of this survey is to study the impact of educating nurses on patients’ satisfaction of teaching patients and also the effect of education on knowledge, attitude and performance of nurses. Methods:This is a quasi-experimental study, 140 patients were divided into two groups, before and after training, satisfaction questionnaires were completed, the questionnaire included demographic information and 15 questions on patient satisfaction. 60 nurses were selected and were trained for a month about the importance of patient education. Nurses completed the questionnaires on patient education of knowledge, attitude and performancebefore and after the training. The questionnaire also contained questions about demographic information, Knowledge, attitude and performance about teaching to the patients. Data were analyzed using SPSS software. Results:There was a significant difference between the average score of patients’ satisfaction of training before and after theintervention.There was also a statistically significant difference in average score between nurses’ knowledge and performance before and after the intervention. Conclusion:this study showed that training nurses about patient education can increase patient’s satisfaction. It also increases the knowledge and improves the nurses’ performance. Discussion: Considering the importance of patient education and its role in improving the disease, training programs for nurses is recommended.
