چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: اعتياد بيماري پيچيده اي است، امروزه شاهد ورود موادمخدر جديدي از نوع محرك هستيم كه به شدت اعتيادآور و آسيب زننده به دستگاه عصبي و ساير اندام هاي انسان هستند. لذا اين پژوهش به منظور بررسي اثربخشي زوج درماني با رويكرد ايماگوتراپي در كاهش علائم وابسته به سوءمصرف مواد و كنترل تكانه در بيماران وابسته به مت آمفتامين (شيشه) انجام شده است.
روش بررسي: تعداد 30 مرد وابسته به مت آمفتامين به صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفي در 2 گروه 15 نفري آزمايش و كنترل قرار گرفتند. از مصاحبه SCID-CV، پرسشنامه نيمرخ اعتياد مودزلي و پرسشنامه تكانشگري بارت براي تشخيص وضعيت فرد به لحاظ سوءمصرف، وضعيت علايم رواني- فيزيولوژيك وابسته به مصرف و سنجش ميزان تكانشگري در سه مرحله پيش آزمون، پس آزمون و پيگيري استفاده شد.
يافته ها: مقايسه نمرات پس آزمون در دو گروه آزمايش و كنترل نشان داد كه بين دو گروه از نظر متغيرهاي وابسته يعني وضعيت علايم وابسته به سوءمصرف و كنترل تكانه تفاوت معني دار در سطح0/01 وجود داشت. به عبارتي پس از مداخله زوج درماني ايماگوتراپي در گروه آزمايش، هر دو متغير وابسته كاهش معني داري نشان دادند. در مرحله پيگيري نمرات هر دو متغير وابسته، مقداري افزايش را نشان مي دادند، هر چند كه تفاوت معني دار با گروه كنترل را حفظ كرده بودند.
بحث و نتيجه گيري: يافته هاي اين پژوهش به طور كلي نشان داد كه مداخله زوج درمانگري ايماگوتراپي توانسته است وضعيت مناسب تري را در هر دو متغير وابسته در بيماران حاصل نمايد.
چكيده لاتين :
Background: Addiction is a complex disease، and today we are witnessing the arrival of the new stimulant drugs that are highly addictive and harmful to the nervous system and other human organs. Therefore this study is conducted to determine the effectiveness of couple therapy with the imago therapy approach in reducing the symptoms related to drug abuse and impulse control in patients addicted to methamphetamine (Crystal).
Materials and methods: Totally، 30 methamphetamine addicted men were voluntarily selected and randomly assigned into two groups of 15 persons. SCID-CV interview، questionnaire of Maudsley addiction profile (MAP) and the Barratt Impulsiveness questionnaire were used to determine the person's drug abuse، the psycho-physiological symptoms associated with drug use and evaluation of impulsivity in three stages of pre-test، post-test and follow-up.
Results: Comparison of post-test grades in both groups of experimental and control showed that there was a significant difference in the level of 0.01 between the two groups in terms of the dependent variables of the symptoms associated with abuse and impulse control. In other words، after the intervention of imago therapy in the experimental group، both the dependent variable showed a significant decrease. In the follow-up stage، scores in both the dependent variable showed some increase، although retained the significant differences with the control group.
Conclusion: The findings of this study showed that generally the intervention of Imago Relationship Therapy could obtain better condition in both the dependent variable of patient.
