بررسي عملكرد فضايي مراكز آموزش عالي در توسعه پايدار فرهنگ شهري كلان شهر تهران

Examining the spatial Performance of Higher Education Centers in Urban Culture Sustainable Development of Tehran Metropolitan (A case study of zone 3 and 19, Tehran)

مراكز آموزش عالي كلانشهر تهران به­ عنوان بخشي از فضاهاي پررونق شهري، به­ دليل دارا بودن پتانسيل ­ها و ظرفيت­ هاي بالقوه فرهنگي از جمله مستعد­ترين فضاهاي فرهنگي اين شهر درتوسعه پايدار فرهنگ شهري به شمار مي ­روند. هدف اين پژوهش شناسايي وتحليل فضايي عملكرد مراكز آموزش عالي در ارتقاي فرهنگ شهرنشيني در كلانشهر تهران است كه بيانگر رابطه­ ي مراكز آموزش عالي و فرهنگ شهرنشيني دركلانشهرها است. در اين پژوهش روش تحقيق از نوع توصيفي– تحليلي و مبتني بر دو روش مطالعات كتابخانه ­اي و ميداني مي­ باشد. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان مي­ دهد كه رابطه معني­داري بين اين دو وجود دارد، به اين شكل كه مراكز آموزش عالي كلانشهر تهران درتوسعه پايدارفرهنگ شهري تأثير­گذار بوده ­اند، اما اين رابطه در منطقه 3 قوي­ تر از منطقه 19 بوده است. براي آگاهي از روند و ميزان تأثير­گذاري مراكز آموزش عالي در ارتقاي فرهنگ شهري در كلانشهر تهران، با توجه به فرضيات و شاخص ­هايي تدوين شده، آزمون ناپارامتري دو جمله ­اي به تفكيك در مناطق 3 و 19 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و براي بررسي تفاوت معني­داري بين دو منطقه از آزمون ناپارامتري مان– ويتني استفاده شد. به ­منظور معرفي جايگاه مراكز آموزش عالي در دستيابي به توسعه پايدار فرهنگ شهري در كلانشهر تهران بر اساس ابعاد توسعه پايدار پيشنهادهايي بيان مي­ گردد.

Higher education centers as a part of the active urban areas, including the potential cultural capacities, and presenting services in high levels of urban society are considered the best urban cultural spaces of sustainable development of urban culture This study aimed to identify and analyze performance space higher education centers in promoting urban culture in the Tehran metropolitan represent the relationship between higher education centers and urbanization culture in the metropolitan. The methodology of the research is based on descriptive –analytical approaches which exploited intensive documentary sources. The survey results show that there is a significant relationship between these two regions. To the knowledge of the process and impact of higher education institutions in the promotion of culture in the metropolitan city of Tehran the assumptions and parameters specified, the binomial non parametric tests were used separately in 3 regions and 19. In order to introduce the role of centers higher education in achieving culture urban sustainable development in the metropolitan city of Tehran Some suggestions are put forward on the basis of sustainable development.
