ميزان ادغام تهران در فرآيند جهاني شدن

The rate of Tehran integration into process of Globalization

جهاني شدن به ­عنوان يكي از مهم­ترين بحث­ هاي علمي قرن بيست و يكم مطرح است و شهرها در رقابت شديد با يكديگر سعي مي­ كنند وارد اين چرخه­ ي جهاني شوند. جهاني شدن مي ­تواند اثرات مثبت و منفي بسياري را بر شهرها و علي الخصوص كلان شهرها بر جاي بگذارد با توجه به پيچيدگي­ هاي نظام­ هاي شهري، ارزيابي ميزان تاثيرات جهاني شدن بر يك شهر كار دشواري است و متخصصان شهري شاخص­هاي مختلفي را بر حسب هر كدام از ابعاد جهاني شدن بيان كرده ­اند. در تحقيق حاضر، محققين، از پنج شاخص (جذب سرمايه­ گذاري مستقيم خارجي، حجم تجارت بين الملل، كريدورهاي هوايي، تعداد بانك ­هاي خارجي و ضريب نفوذ و سرعت اينترنت) براي ارزيابي ميزان ادغام كلانشهر تهران در فرايند جهاني شدن استفاده كرده ­اند. شاخص­ هايي كه در تحقيق حاضر از آن استفاده شده است بر اساس شاخص ­هايي است كه نشريه سياست خارجي كرني آن را ارائه داده است. روش كار توصيفي- تحليلي و به ­صورت مطالعه تطبيقي است و سعي شده است تا جديدترين آمار و اطلاعات مربوط به تهران گردآوري شود. جامعه آماري در تحقيق حاضر استان تهران مي ­باشد و در ارزيابي هر كدام از شاخص­ ها، تهران را با ساير كلانشهرها قياس كرده ­ايم نتايج تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه تهران نتوانسته است خود را به عنوان شهر جهاني معرفي كند و كمترين شواهد جهاني شدن در آن ديده مي­ شود اين درحالي است كه بسياري از كلانشهرهاي جهان در حال توسعه توانسته اند سهم خود را از تاثيرات جهاني شدن افزايش دهند و در نهايت پيشنهادهايي جهت ادغام هرچه بيشتر تهران در فرايند جهاني شدن و بهره ­گيري از تاثيرات مثبت آن ارائه گرديده است.

Globalization is one of the most important scientific debates of the twenty-first century and Cities in fierce competition with each other try to enter the global cycle. Globalization can have positive and negative effects on many cities, especially metropolises. Due to the complexity of urban systems, an assessment of the impact of globalization on cities is difficult and urban professionals have expressed various indicators in terms of each dimension of globalization. In the present study, researchers has used the five indicators (attracting foreign direct investment, magnitude of international trade, air corridors, number of foreign banks and Internet penetration and speed rate) to assess the integration of the metropolis, Tehran, in the process of globalization. Indicators that have been used in the present study are based on Indicators that foreign policy Krny magazine has provided. The method used is descriptive - analytical in the comparative study and it is attempted to gather information on the latest statistics about Tehran. The population in this study is in Tehran province and in the evaluation of any one of the Indicators, Tehran has been compared with other metropolises. The results indicated that Tehran has failed to present itself as a global city where there is the least evidence of globalization while many metropolises in the developing world have been able to increase their share of the impact of globalization and finally, suggestions for further integration of Tehran in the globalization process and enjoying its positive effects have been offered.
