Analysing Ilam province urban network between 1996 -2011

عدم‌تعادل‌ در شبكه شهري برخي از مناطق جغرافيايي كشور، يكي از مسائل و چالش‌هاي امروز در برنامه‌ريزي منطقه‌اي است. در اين راستا تحليل وضعيت شهرها در درون شبكه‌ شهري منطقه‌اي ضرورتي مبرم براي درك تغييرات و تدوين برنامه‌هاي متعادل كننده است. در اين راستا، هدف اين مقاله بررسي و تحليل شبكه شهري استان ايلام با تأكيد بر ميزان و توزيع جمعيت در شهرهاي استان ايلام و بررسي سطح خدماتي شهرها از نظر شاخص‌هاي خدمات و عمران شهري است. قلمرو مكاني پژوهش 21 شهر استان ايلام و قلمرو زماني پژوهش دورة 1375 تا 1390 بوده است. در اين مقاله از مدل‌هايي چون مدل رتبه - ‌اندازه[1]، مدل تحليل لگاريتمي جمعيت، ضريب آنتروپي[2]، ضريب تغييرات[3] و شاخص ارزش مركزيت وزني[4] استفاده شده است. از مهم‌ترين يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش مي‌توان به اين موارد اشاره كرد: 1) شبكة شهري استان ايلام نامتعادل بوده و با پديدة نخست شهري مواجه است. 2) اغلب شهر‌هاي نوبنياد و كوچك استان، در سطوح پايين خدماتي در شبكه شهري از نظر سطح‌بندي خدماتي قرار گرفته‌اند. 3) شبكة شهري استان ايلام از سال 1385 به اين سو برخلاف دهة 1385- 1375، به سمت تعادل حركت نموده است و اين روند به كندي در جريان است. در پايان، پيشنهادهايي بر اساس يافته‌هاي پژوهش جهت ايجاد تعادل در شبكه شهري استان ارائه شده‌اند.

Imbalances within an urban network of some geographical regions of the country, is one of the issues and challenges of today's regional planning. In this regard, the analysis of city status within the regional urban networks for understanding the changes and for providing balancing programs, are essential. The main purpose of this paper is a studying and analysis of the Ilam province urban network with emphasis on the population and the civil services concentrated in cities. This study location is Ilam province and its period is 1996-2011 times zone. In this article to analysis urban network, the following models have been used: Rank-Size Model, logarithmic population analysis, Coefficient of Variation, Weighted Centrality Index, Entropy Model. The most significant findings of this study can be summarized to these cases pointed out: 1) Ilam urban network is unbalanced, too. 2) Approximately all of the small new cities are within the lowdown level of the urban network by means of those service functions. 3) Ilam urban network is moving towards balance within the period 2006-2011. Finally, based on the findings of this research, some recommendations are proposed.
