چكيده فارسي :
هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، شناسايي و تحليل عوامل موثر بر عملكرد شبكه يكپارچه فرماندهي و كنترل به جهت درك كلي، تبيين، پيش بيني، بهبود، ارتقا بهره وري در شبكه يكپارچه فرماندهي و كنترل مي باشد. جامعه آماري شامل كاركنان قرارگاه پدافند هوايي خاتم الانبياء (ص) و حجم نمونه به صورت تصادفي 100 نفر از خبرگان اين حوزه، انتخاب شدند. در اين تحقيق، تعداد 44 شاخص به طور اكتشافي شناسايي، روايي پرسش نامه توسط اساتيد خبره مورد تائيد و پايايي نيز با محاسبه آلفاي كرونباخ 0/85 به دست آمد و سپس با انجام تحليل عاملي به 16 شاخص تقليل و در 4 عامل پنهان قرار گرفت و سپس رتبه بندي متغيرها از طريق آزمون فريدمن انجام گرديد. نتايج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد كه عملكرد شبكه يكپارچه فرماندهي و كنترل از عوامل مختلفي مانند: چابكي ،امنيت شبكه ،تمرين و تكرار ،تعامل بين سيستم ها و سامانه ها،آگاهي وضعيتي ،شبيه سازي صحنه نبرد ،گام هاي عكس العمل،سيستم هاي پدافند غيرعامل،دكترين و تجربه هاي موفق،زبان مشترك ،هوشمندي سيستم،قدرت در لبه،ميزان شبكه محوري،سيستم هاي كلان داده،پايداري و ماندگاري ،ساختارهاي بازيابي و فعال سازي مجدد تاثير مي پذيريد. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر مباني فلسفي در محدوده پارادايم اثبات گرايي، ازنظر جهت گيري كاربردي و شيوه گردآوري داده ها مشاهده، مصاحبه، و پرسش نامه، اسناد و مدارك مي باشد.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study was to identify and analyze the factors affecting the performance of integrated network of command and control for overall understanding, explanation, forecasting and efficiency improvement in the integrated network of command and control. The statistical population consisted of 100 expert staff (randomly selected) from Khatam-ol-anbiya Air Defense Base. In this research, 44 indicators were detected exploratively, validity of the questionnaire was verified by the professors and reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha of 0.85. Then, by factor analysis, factors were reduced to 16 items and classified into 4 hidden factors, and then ranking of variables was done by Friedman test. It was showed that the integrated operation of command and control network from various factors such as agility, network security, practice and repetition, interactions between systems and systems, status awareness, battle scene simulation, reaction steps, inertial defense systems, doctrine and successful experiences, Common language, system intelligence, power at the edge, network-eccentricity, large-scale data systems, stability and durability, rebuilding and re-structuring structures. In terms of application, data collection, observation method, interviews, questionnaires and documents the current study is based on philosophical foundations in the scope of verifiable paradigm
