شاخص سازي پدافند غيرعامل از منظر زيرساختي در فضاي شهري

Passive Defense Indexation from Infrastructure Perspective in Urban Space

در طراحي شهرها و تعيين كاربري مورد نياز شهر و نحوه ارتباط آنها با يكديگر، بايد علاوه بر ايجاد فضاهاي مناسب، براي حفظ جان مردم درمقابل تهديدها، امكان تداوم بي وقفه فعاليت هاي ضروري و كاهش آسيب پذيري شهرنيز اقدام صورت پذيرد. اين مقاله به شاخص سازي پدافند غيرعامل در حوزه زيرساخت شهري پرداخته، مولفه ها و شاخص هاي تاثيرگذار در آن را معرفي مي نمايد.در اين پژوهش ادبيات مورد نياز از طريق مصاحبه عميق و خبرگي تهيه و سپس تنظيم و توزيع پرسشنامه در جامعه آماري صورت پذيرفت. نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل پرسشنامه ها توسط نرم افزارهاي SPSS و PLS مولفه ها و شاخص هاي اكتسابي را مورد تاييد قرار داد.بر همين اساس تجهيزات پدافند غيرعامل شهري، استحكامات و سازه هاي پدافند غيرعامل شهري و اعتبارات مولفه هاي زيرساخت شهري را تشكيل داده وهمچنين 22 شاخص تاثيرگذار در خصوص مولفه هاي ارائه شده مشخص گرديدند.

In designing cities and determining functional requirements and their relationship with each other, in addition to creating suitable spaces in order to protect human lives against threats, the possibility of continuous continuity of essential activities and the city vulnerability reduction must be taken in to consideration . This paper focuses on passive defense indexation in urban infrastructure and introduces effective component and indicators. In this research, the required literature was prepared through in-depth interviews and then the questionnaire was arranged and distributed in the statistical population. The results of the questionnaires analysis verified the component and acquired indicators by SPSS and PLS software. Accordingly, the urban passive defense equipment, fortifications, structures and credits form the urban infrastructure components, as well as 22 effective indicators related to the presented component have been determined.
