نيازسنجي و تدوين اهداف آموزشي برنامه ارائه مراقبت معنوي در پرستاران

Need assessment and development of the educational goals of spiritual care delivery by the nurses

زمينه و هدف:پرستاران از لحاظ حرفه اي و اخلاقي موظف به ارايه مراقبت معنوي، به عنوان بخشي از مراقبت جامع به بيماران هستند مطالعه ي حاضر با هدف تعيين نيازهاي آموزشي پرستاران براي ارايه مراقت معنوي و تدوين اهداف آموزشي مبتني بر اين نيازها انجام شده است. روش بررسي:اين مطالعه با رويكرد بهره گيري از نظرات متخصصان طي دو مرحله و با استفاده از تكنيك دلفي انجام شد. در مرحله نخست،30نفر از پرستاران به روش نمونه گيري مبتني بر هدف انتخاب و به پرسشنامه با يك سوال باز جهت تعيين نيازهاي آموزشي مرتبط با ارايه مراقبت معنوي پاسخ دادند.پس از جمع آوري نظرات پرستاران براي نيازهايي كه ضريب توافق بيش از 80 درصد بودند، از طريق مرور متون، اهداف آموزشي مرتبط طراحي شده و براي 20 نفر از صاحبنظران ارسال گرديد. پس ازآناليزاطلاعات اجماع نظر متخصصين، اهداف اموزشي كلي،جزئي و رفتاري تعيين شد. يافته ها :در راند اول نيازسنجي،25 نياز به عنوان نيازهايي نهايي انتخاب و منجر به شكل گيري سه هدف شامل "تكامل خوداگاهي فرد از بعد معنوي"،"تبيين معنويت در حرفه پرستاري و جايگاه آن در مراقبت پرستاري" و"آماده سازي پرستاران جهت ارائه ي مراقبت معنوي"بعنوان اهداف كلي برنامه آموزشي مراقبت معنوي شدند. نتيجه گيري:از نتايج اين مطالعه مي توان در طراحي برنامه ي اموزشي مراقبت معنوي در پرستاران به عنوان يك راهنماي عملي جهت افزايش دانش و مهارت و توانمندسازي پرستاران در ارايه مراقبت معنوي به بيماران و نيز به عنوان زمينه اي براي پژوهش هاي بعدي در اين زمينه استفاده كرد

Introduction:From‌ the ‌Professional and ethical viewpoint nurses are required to provide spiritual care as part of holistic care to the patients.this study aimed to determine the nurses’ educational needs for delivering the spiritual care and formulating the educational need-based goals. Methods:This study was conducted on the basis of the Delphi technique using the experts’ opinions in two phases.30nurses were selected through the purposive sampling method.A questionnaire consisting of an open-ended question which evaluate the educational needs concerning the provision of spiritual care was filled out by each nurse then,the needs with higher frequency were listed and returned to the nurses in two separate rounds to determine their degrees of importance and priority.In the second phase of the study,the educational goals for the needs with more than 80%agreement coefficient were set through literature review and were sent to 20 experts.After the data were analyzed general, partial and behavioral educational objectives were determined. Results:25 needs were selected as the final needs and three main goals including “The development of self-awareness concerning the spiritual dimension”,"The explanation of spirituality in nursing profession and its importance in nursing care"and"Preparing the nurses for provision of the spiritual care"were identified as general goals of the spiritual care curriculum. Conclusion:The findings can be beneficial as a practical guide for development of a spiritual care educational curriculum in nursing profession in order to enhance the nurses’knowledge and skills in the provision of spiritual care to the patients.Furthermore,these findings appear to provide basic information for further research in this context.
