زمينه و هدف: يكي از مؤلفه هاي مهم جهت افزايش شايستگي هاي حرفه اي كاركنان، بهبود انطباق پذيري شغلي مي باشد. با توجه به اهميت انطباق پذيري شغلي و ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻫﺎي ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن در ﺑﻬﺒﻮد كيفيت ﺧﺪﻣﺖ، ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ ﺗﻼش ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺧﻮد را ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اراﺋﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﺑﺎ ﮐيﻔﯽ ﺗﺮ، ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ ﺳﺎزﻧﺪ و ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎيﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي آﻧﺎن را در ﻋﻤﻞ ارﺗﻘـﺎ ﺑﺨﺸـﻨﺪ، از اين رو، هدف اين مطالعه تعيين رابطه انطباق پذيري شغلي با شايستگي هاي حرفه اي كاركنان حوزه ستادي معاونت آموزشي وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكي بوده است. روش بررسي: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصيفي- همبستگي و كاربردي بود كه در سال 1397 انجام گرفت. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كاركنان شاغل در معاونت آموزشي وزارت بهداشت و حجم نمونه با توجه به جدول مورگان 169 نفر بود. در اين پژوهش از پرسشنامه انطباق پذيري شغلي ساويكاس و پورفلي (2012) و پرسشنامه پژوهشگرساخته شايستگي هاي حرفه اي كاركنان استفاده شد. يافته ها: ميانگين بعد نگرش بيش از ميانگين ابعاد ديگر شايستگي حرفه اي كاركنان و ميانگين بعد دغدغه شغلي بيش از ميانگين ابعاد ديگر انطباق پذيري شغلي كاركنان مورد مطالعه بود و ارتباط بين متغير انطباق پذيري شغلي و ابعاد آن شامل كنترل شغلي، كنجكاوي شغلي و اعتماد شغلي با متغير شايستگي هاي حرفه اي كاركنان از لحاظ آماري معني دار مي باشد. نتيجه گيري: بنابراين با توجه به نتايج اين پژوهش و تاثير انطباق پذيري شغلي بر شايستگي كاركنان مورد مطالعه كه در اين پژوهش بيش از متوسط ارزيابي شده است، لازم است مديريت بر انطباق پذيري شغلي كاركنان تاكيد نمايند تا از مزاياي آنها در بهبود شايستگي هاي حرفه اي كاركنان بهره مند شود

Objective: Undoubtedly, improvement of job adaptability is one of the important components for increasing professional competencies of employees. Considering the importance of job adaptability and professional competence of staff in improving the quality of service, organizations are trying to empower their staff to provide better quality services and improve their professional competence in practice. In this study, the relationship between job adaptability and professional competencies of the staff of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education was discussed. Methods: The study was descriptive. The population of the Research Department of the Ministry of Health staff and According to Morgan table the sample size of 169 people. In this study, Savisas and Porfeli's Job Adaptability Questionnaire (2012) and a researcher-made professional competency questionnaire were used. Results: In this study, the mean of dimension of attitude over average of other dimensions of employees' professional competence and the average of occupational occupational dimension were more than the average of other dimensions of occupational adaptability of the employees studied. The relationship between job adaptability variable and its dimensions including job control, job curiosity and job trust with professional competency variables were statistically significant (p-value< 0.05) and relationship between occupational duty and professional competency variables was not statistically significant. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, one can understand the relationship between job adaptability and professional competencies of employees, and they have to step up their coordination. Considering that the impact of job adaptability on employees' merit is more than average evaluated in this research, it is necessary to emphasize on the adaptability of employees in order to benefit from their improvement in employee professional competencies.
