ارائه مدلي جهت تبيين تأثير رهبري بصير بر استقلال دانشگاهي دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي كلان منطقه يك آمايشي سلامت كشور

Presenting a Model for Explaining the Effect of Visionary Leadership on the independence of the Macro Medical Universities of Iran in Region 1 Health Scheme

چكيده زمينه و هدف: براي اينكه دانشگاه‌ها بتوانند به استقلال دست يابند نيازمند رهبراني بصير و اثربخش هستند؛ چرا كه رهبري بصير چشم‌انداز و دورنماي سازمان را ترسيم مي‌كند. لذا هدف كلي از پژوهش حاضر، ارائه مدلي جهت تبيين تأثير رهبري بصير بر استقلال دانشگاهي دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي كلان منطقه يك آمايشي سلامت كشور مي-باشد. روش بررسي: روش پژوهش‌ حاضر توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري كليه‌ اعضاي هيات علمي دانشگاه-هاي علوم پزشكي كلان منطقه يك به تعداد 1851 نفر كه بر اساس فرمول كوكران، تعداد 320 نفر با روش نمونه-گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوري داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته رهبري بصير با 90 سوال و 2 بعد و 6 مولفه و پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته استقلال دانشگاهي با60 سوال و 2 بعد و 7 مولفه استفاده شده است. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آزمون‌ معادلات ساختاري با استفاده از نرم افزار‌هاي SPSS20 و PLS بكارگرفته شد. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان داد كه رهبري بصير با بار عاملي0.580 بر استقلال دانشگاهي دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي كلان منطقه يك تاثير مثبت و معناداري دارد. همچنين مدل ارائه شده نيز داراي برازش مناسب مي‌باشد. نتيجه‌گيري: رهبري بصير به عنوان يكي از عوامل مهم در بهبود ارتقاي كيفيت اثر بخشي آموزشي و استقلال دانشگاهي محسوب مي‌شود. در حوزه استقلال آكادميك از دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي انتظار مي‌رود كه به مديريت باثبات و پايدار پايبند باشند. پژوهش فوق مي‌تواند چشم‌انداز جديدي در راستاي تغيير سياست‌هاي كلي مديران و مسئولان دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي كلان منطقه در راستاي بازبيني برنامه‌ها بسته هاي تحول و نوآوري، ايجاد كند.

Background and Objective: For universities to be able to achieve independence, they need sophisticated and effective leaders, because visionary leadership portrays the vision and outlook of the organization. Therefore, the general objective of the present research is to provide a model for explaining the effect of visionary leadership on the independence of the Macro Medical Universities of Iran in Region 1 Health Scheme. Methods and Materials: The study was conducted using a descriptive survey approach as its methodology. The statistical population comprised 1851 faculty members of the region 1 macro medical universities of Iran 320 of whom were selected as the study sample using the stratified random sampling method according to Cochran's formula. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire on visionary leadership consisting of 90 questions (with 2 dimensions and 6 components), and a researcher-made questionnaire on universities independence with 60 questions (2 dimensions and 8 components) were used. To analyze the data, the structural equation test was performed using SPSS20 and PLS software. Results: The results revealed that visionary leadership had a significant positive impact on the independence of the Iran’s region 1 macro medical universities with the factorial load of 0.666. The model also had an appropriate goodness of fit. Conclusion: Visionary leadership is considered as one of the important factors in improving the quality of educational effectiveness and university independence. This research can create a new perspective in order to change the general policies of managers and authorities of the macro medical universities of region 1 in order to revise the transformation and innovation scheme
