چكيده فارسي :
فضاهاي زيستي در هر منطقه، تحت تأثير خاستگاه هاي فرهنگي، محيطي، اجتماعي، تاريخي و سياسي آن منطقه شكل گرفته است. بي ترديد اولين خاطرات و تجارب انسان در خانه بوجود مي آيد كه نقش موثري در جهان بيني هر انسان و در نتيجه جهان بيني جامعه دارد. عدم توجه به انسان، نحوه كار، شيوه زندگي، خواسته ها و تجارب او در طراحي مسكن امروز و روي آوردن به معماري وارداتي، بحران مسكن، پايين آمدن كيفيت زندگي مسكوني، ازبين رفتن حيات، سر زندگي، تحرك، حس تعلق و هويت را به همراه داشته است. اين مقاله به بررسي عناصر شكل دهنده مسكن سنتي بوشهر و عوامل وجودي آنها مي پردازد. مسكن سنتي بوشهر مانند ساير مناطق ايران، هم ساز با شرايط محيطي، فرهنگي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي شكل گرفته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناخت ويژگيها و اصول شكل گيري و گونه هاي فضايي در خانه سنتي بوشهر و استخراج عناصر كارآمد آن ميباشد تا علاوه بر دريافت صحيح مفاهيم و اصول سازمان يافته مسكن سنتي در محدوده مورد مطالعه بتواند بخشي از ويژگي هاي اين عناصر و دلايل وجودي آنها را ثبت كند. روش انجام تحقيق در اين پژوهش تركيبي از روش توصيفي-تحليلي و روش تفسيري تاريخي است كه با مطالعه منابع اسنادي، حضور در بافت تاريخي بوشهر، صحبت با ساكنان بافت و مصاحبه با اساتيد معماري صورت گرفته است. نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش، مشخصات كالبدي، فعاليتي و معنايي گونه هاي فضايي مختلف خانه هاي سنتي بوشهر در قالب جداول، تصاوير و نقشه ها نشان ميدهد تا در نهايت بر مبناي نتايج بدست آمده بتوان زمينه را براي ارائه راه كارهاي طراحي مسكن امروز متناسب با نيازهاي جديد و بر اساس ارزش هاي انساني فراهم كرد.

Living Spaces in every area have been formed under the influence of cultural, environmental, social, historical and political origins of the region. No doubt that the first memories and experiences of a man, that affect man's worldview and as a result, the worldview of society, begin from the house. Neglecting human, his work style, his lifestyle, his demands and experiences in these days housing design, appeal to imported architecture conduce to housing crisis, ascending quality of life, loss of life, vitality, dynamism, sense of belonging and identity. This paper studies the elements of forming traditional housing in Bushehr and its existential factors. Bushehr Traditional housing, like other regions in Iran, has been formed consistent with environmental, cultural, social and economical conditions. The present study aims to understand the characteristics, forming principles and types of spaces in Bushehr traditional housing and eliciting the efficient elements, in order to get the correct concepts and organized principles of traditional housing in this area and also recording some characteristics of these elements and the reasons of their existence.Research methods in this study is a combination of analytical-descriptive and historical interpretive that was done by studying and reading documentary sources, presence in the historical context, talking to residents and interviews with architecture masters. The results of this study, skeletal, activities and semantically features of special types in diagrams, tables, photos and maps show that based on those results and conclusions, a condition can be provided that housing design be done according to modern and new needs of people, along with humanity values
