ارزيابي ريسك ايمني در صنعت خودروسازي با استفاده از روش تلفيقي William Fine و DEMATEL – ANP

Safety risk assessment in motor vehicle industries using William Fine and ANP-DEMATEL

زمينه و هدف: ارزيابي ريسك يكي از مهمترين مسايل در ايمن سازي محيط هاي صنعتي است. صنعت خودرو سازي يكي از ناايمن ترين صنايع مي باشد كه سالانه حوادث زيادي را دارد. يكي از مهمترين مشكلاتي كه در فرايند ارزيابي ريسك وجود دارد قضاوت شخصي ارزياب ها در ارزيابي پارامترهاي موثر بر ريسك است. هدف اين مطالعه تعيين ريسك ايمني با استفاده از روش ويليام فاين و ANP-DEMATEL بود. روش بررسي: در اين مطالعه واحد هاي مختلف شركت يكي از بزرگترين شركت هاي خودرو سازي توسط روش ويليام فاين مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. سپس با استفاده از روش ANP-DEMATEL ميزان وزن اهميت هر كدام از پارامتر هاي ريسك تعيين گرديد. سپس نتايج بدست آمده با روش ويليام فاين تلفيق شد. در مرحله آخر با الگوي بدست آمده همان صنعت دوباره مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. يافته ها نتايج نشان داد كه با استفاده از روش ويليام فاين بالاترين اولويت ريسك مربوط به دو واحد وان آهن شويي (312)و اسكلت فلزي (300)مي باشد. نتايج ارزيابي ريسك با استفاده از روش تلفيقي ويليام فاين و ANP- DEMATE بالاترين رتبه ريسك مربوط به دو واحد وان آهن شويي (94/11) و اسكلت فلزي(90/49) مي باشد. نتيجه گيري: نتايج نشان داد كه در صنايع خودرو سازي تلفيق روش ارزيابي ريسك ويليام فاين و ANP-DEMATEL يك الگوي موثر در ارزيابي سطح واقعي ريسك ايمني باشد

Background and aims: Risk assessment is one of the most important issues in making safety industrial environments. Motor vehicle industries are one of the most unsafe industries that have many annual accidents. One of the most problems in the process of risk assessment is judgment about the effect of parameters of risk. The aim of the study is, safety risk assessment in motor vehicle industries by William Fine and ANP-DEMATEL. Methods: In this study, safety risk of the one of the bigest motor vehicle industries was assessed by William Fine. Then, the weight of parameter of risk was determined by ANPDEMATEL. Then, the result was combined by William fine. In the final stage the industrial was assessed with the obtain pattern again. Results: The result was showed, that by using William Fine method, the highest priority risks was the iron bath-cleaning unit (312) and steel structure (300). The results of combined William fine and ANP-DEMATEL pattern, the highest priority risk was the iron bathcleaning unit (94.11) and steel structure (90.49). Conclusion: The study showed that in motor- vehicle industries, the application of the William-Fine model combined with the ANP-DEMATEL technique is an effective method to assess the safety risk levels in actual level.
