طراحي چارچوب مفهومي دانشگاه بين المللي اسلامي: مطالعه اي كيفي

Designing the Conceptual Framework of the Islamic International University: A Qualitative Study

ژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحي چارچوب مفهومي دانشگاه بين‌المللي‌ اسلامي انجام شده است. روش: روش پژوهش كيفي بوده و ده خبره دانشگاهي به صورت هدفمند و شبكه‌اي انتخاب و از طريق مصاحبه‌هاي عميق، كدها، مفاهيم و مقوله‌هاي دانشگاه بين‌المللي اسلامي با روش تحليل تم شناسايي شدند. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان‌دهندۀ آن بود كه بر اساس ميزان تشابه مفهومي كدها، 66 كد استخراج و با توجه به وجه اشتراك آنها در قالب 12 مفهوم و دو مقولۀ اصلي دسته‌بندي شدند و در نهايت با بهره‌گيري از نتايج گامهاي گذشته، چارچوب مفهومي دانشگاه بين‌المللي اسلامي مبتني بر زيست‌بوم ايران طراحي شد. نتيجه‌گيري: چارچوب مفهومي دانشگاه بين‌المللي‌ اسلامي مشتمل بر دو مقولۀ محوري است: 1) مقولۀ برون‌دانشگاهي به سازوكارهايي اشاره دارد كه در كنترل رؤسا و مديران دانشگاهي نيستند و خارج از محيط دانشگاهي بر بين‌المللي‌سازي فشار وارد مي‌كنند. 2) مقولۀ درون‌دانشگاهي به سازوكارهايي اشاره دارد كه جزيي از كاركردهاي ذاتي دانشگاه است و مديران دانشگاهي بر آنها كنترل دارند و مي‌توانند با تقويت، بهبود و نظارت بر آنها دانشگاه را به سمت بين‌المللي‌سازي سوق دهند.

The purpose of this study is to design a conceptual framework of the Islamic International University. Method: The research method was qualitative and ten academic experts were selected in a purposeful and network manner and identified through deep interviews, codes, concepts, and categories of the Islamic International University through the theme analysis method. Results: The results indicated that 66 codes were extracted based on the conceptual similarity of the code and classified according to their distribution in the form of 12 concepts and 2 main categories and finally, by using the results of past steps, the conceptual framework of the International Islamic University was designed based on Iran’s ecosystem. Conclusion: The conceptual framework of the Islamic International University consists of two main categories: (1) Out-ofuniversity category: refers to mechanisms that are not under the control of university bosses and administrators, and exert pressure on internationalization outside the academic environment. 2) In- university category: refers to mechanisms that are a part of the inherent functions of the university and are under the control of university administrators and can lead the university to internationalization by strengthening, improving and monitoring them
