كاربست نظام نواوري در مديريت صنعت فيلم: مطالعه موردي جريان فيلم ارزشي

جامعه ايران با معضل كمبود فيلم‌هاي ارزشي مواجه است. فيلم ارزشي، فيلمي است كه ريشه در فرهنگ بومي داشته، موجبات حفظ و تقويت آن را فراهم مي‌كند. اين معضل در كنار شيوع گسترده فيلم‌هاي خارجي، فرهنگ و هويت بومي را در معرض آسيب قرار داده، به چالش مي-كشد. هدف از اين نوشتار شناسايي علل كمبود جريان فيلم ارزشي در ايران و ارائه راه‌كارهايي براي افزايش است. سوال اصلي اين تحقيق آن است كه چرا صنعت فيلم ارزشي ايران از رونق و شكوفايي كافي برخوردار نيست. براي پاسخ به اين سوال، ابتدا مشكلات توليد فيلم ارزشي در ايران با رويكرد نظام نواوري مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرد و براي هر مشكل، راه‌كاري پيشنهاد مي‌شود. سپس مشكلات و راه‌كارها به خبرگان ارائه مي‌شود. تحليل نظرات آنها با استفاده از روش دلفي ‌فازي ايشيكاوا نشان مي‌دهد كه اولا، مدل نظام نواوري مدل مناسبي براي تحليل صنعت فيلم و ساير صنايع فرهنگي است. ثانيا، جريان فيلم ارزشي در حوزه‌هاي سياست‌گذاري، تامين مالي و پيش‌فروش، خلق، توليد و توزيع، منابع انساني، خدمات حمايتي و نمايش و مصرف با مشكل مواجه است. سوما، فعالان اين جريان بيشتر متوجه نقش دولت، منابع مالي و خلق فيلم‌نامه هستند و اهميت چنداني براي الزامات فعاليت تجاري بويژه توجه به مخاطب در رونق و شكوفايي اين صنعت قائل نيستند. چهارما، صنعت فيلم ارزشي از بي‌توجهي به نقش علوم فني، اجتماعي و ديني در رونق و شكوفايي اين صنعت رنج مي‌برد. به نظر مي‌رسد رونق و شكوفايي فيلم ارزشي
