چكيده: زمينه: رشته هاي پزشكي، دندان پزشكي و داروسازي از رشته هاي موثر درماني هستند و توجه به تربيت نيروي انساني مورد نياز در اين رشته ها براي ارايه خدمات بهداشتي، درماني در جامعه از اهميت ويژه اي برخوردار است. هدف: اين مطالعه با هدف تعيين رابطه بين انگيزه پيشرفت و رضايت تحصيلي دانشجويان سال آخر پزشكي، دندانپزشكي و داروسازي صورت گرفت. روش ها: مطالعه حاضر توصيفي- تحليلي از نوع همبستگي و مقايسه اي بود كه جامعه آن را دانشجويان پزشكي، دندان پزشكي و داروسازي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تهران تشكيل مي دادند. نمونه آماري شامل 361 نفر از دانشجويان رشته هاي مذكور بود كه به روش تصادفي و در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جهت گرد آوري داده ها از پرسشنامه رضايت تحصيلي استفاده گرديد. داده ها با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و اسپيرمن، تحليل واريانس يك راهه و آزمون تعقيقب ي توكي مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته ها: يافته ها نشان داد 5/58 درصد دانشجويان مورد مطالعه زن و بقيه مرد بودند. بين سن و ميزان رضايت تحصيلي دانشجويان علوم پزشكي ارتباط معني دار وجود دارد (05/0p < )، ليكن بين ساير متغيرهاي جمعيت شناختي و رضايت تحصيلي رابطه معني داري وجود ندارد (05/0p>). همچنين، بين ميانگين نمرات انگيزه پيشرفت و رضايت تحصيلي دانشجويان رابطه مثبت معني دار وجود داشت (398/0R =، 001/0 >P < /span>). همين طور، بين رضايت تحصيلي دانشجويان پزشكي و دندان پزشكي تفاوت معني دار

abstract: Background and Objective : field medical, dental and pharmaceutical treatments are effective in the field according to the manpower training requirements in this field to provide health services in the community is of utmost importance.This study aimed to determine the relationship between achievement and satisfaction of students of final year medical, dental and pharmacy took. Methods: This descriptive - correlational analysis of the medical student population, Dentistry and Pharmacy, Tehran University of Medical Sciences were. The sample consisted of 361 students who were selected at random. Student satisfaction questionnaire was used for data collection. Data using Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficients, analysis of variance and Tukey's test were analyzed. Results: Results showed that % 58.5 of students were female and the rest male. Between age and satisfaction with medical students, there is a significant correlation (p < 0.05), but the other demographic variables and student satisfaction, there is no significant relationship (p>0.05). Also, the mean scores of students' achievement and satisfaction that there was a significant positive correlation (p < 0.001,R=0.398). Similarly, significant differences between medical and dental students' satisfaction (p < 0.05) and the incentive rate of progression of dental and pharmacy students, there was also a significant difference (p < 0.05). Between students' academic motivation and satisfaction, there was no difference according to gender and field of study. Students study in the field of dentistry, motivation and satisfaction than did other disciplines such as medicine and pharmacy. Conclusions: These results indicate that the majority of medical, dental and pharmaceutical their field of interest. As an important factor in education, havingthe satisfaction and motivation. Recommended considering these two variables in educational planning should be a top priority.
