ظرفيت سنجي گردشگري ساحلي پايدار، مطالعه موردي: شهرستان كنگان

Identification of capacities for sustainable coastal tourism:A case study ofKangancounty

امروزه اهميت صنعت گردشگري باعث شده است كه دامنه وسيعي از برنامه هاي راهبردي و اجرايي در سطح كشورها و مناطق داراي جاذبه هاي گردشگري، براي توسعه اين صنعت به اجرا درآيد. تنوع بخشي به فعاليت هاي صنعتي و اقتصادي پارس جنوبي، بالا بردن شاخص هاي توسعه انساني (رفاه، سلامت و...) و زيست محيطي، توجه به پايداري اجتماعي، معرفي و نمايش توان نيروهاي داخلي در عرصه صنعت كشور (توسعه فني- فرآيندهاي صنعتي و پيشرفت هاي تكنولوژيكي در منطقه) و در مجموع، توسعه پايدار منطقه، از جمله عوامل اصلي و ضرورت ها براي تحليل و شناسايي ظرفيت هاي توسعه گردشگري در شهرستان «كنگان» است. در اين راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ظرفيت سنجي گردشگري ساحلي پايدار شهرستان كنگان با روش توصيفي- تحليلي تدوين شده است. در اين تحقيق، نقاط قوت و ضعف گردشگري شهرستان كنگان و تهديدها و فرصت هاي تاثير گذار بر آن (9 قوت، 6 ضعف، 10 فرصت و 6 تهديد) مورد تحليل قرار گرفتند. وجود جاذبه هايي مانند سواحل زيبا و كم نظير و اكوسيستم مستعد جنگل هاي حرا، زمينه جذب گردشگر به شهرستان كنگان را فراهم نموده است، اما به دليل وجود نقاط ضعف زير ساختي (خدمات و امكانات رفاهي)، عدم سرمايه گذاري و برنامه ريزي در ابعاد توسعه گردشگري و نيز مشاركت ضعيف، اجباري و هزينه اي (غير داوطلبانه و غيرآگاهانه) محلي در اجراي پروژه هاي ملي، اين شهرستان امكان استفاده از فرصت ها موجود گردشگري را- آن گونه كه شايسته است- به دست نياورده است. مطالعات صورت گرفته، نشان مي دهد كه در راستاي نيل به توسعه پايدار گردشگري ساحلي، مقبول ترين راهبرد توسعه صنعت گردشگري در شهرستان كنگان، راهبرد بازنگري است.

Nowadays, tourism has led to a wide range of strategic and operational decisionmaking at the level of countries and in areas with tourist attractionsfor the development of this industry. Diversification of industrial and economic activities in South Pars oil industries enhances human development indexes (i.e. welfare, health, etc.), environmental sustainability of the society, presentation and representation of internal forces in the industry (e.g. development of technical regions), and, in short,the total sustainable development of the area.Fulfillment of this purpose requires the analysis and detection (research and evaluation) of capacitiesthat would help to develop tourism inKangancounty.In this study, a descriptive-analytical method is used.The strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of effect (9 strengths,6 weaknesses,and 6 of 10 opportunities and threats) were analyzedabout Kangancouny tourism.There are such attractions, beautiful beaches, unique ecosystem and mangrove forests that can attract domestic and foreign tourists In favorable seasons of the year and provide them with relaxing environment especially in the attractive East Coast region of the city.Because of certain weaknesses (as in services and facilities), lack of investment,lack of program and planningfor tourism development, and poorparticipation in development plans, tourism in the area incurs unnecessary expenses (non-voluntary and non-conscious) as well as loss of opportunities,which it does not deserve.Based on the results of the study, in order to achieve sustainable tourism development, strategies for development of tourism in beautiful coastal regions ofKangan county should be reviewed and revised.
