Model locate public parking provided by using ANP model and GIS FUZZY CASE STUDY: The second area of Yazd

امروزه افزايش تعداد اتومبيل و سفرهاي درون شهري بخش مركزي شهرهاي بزرگ را با كمبود فضاي پارك و افزايش حجم ترافيك عبوري و همچنين كاهش ضريب رواني ترافيك مواجه كرده است. اين مسئله زماني به شرايط حادي تبديل مي شود كه پاركينگ هاي عمومي كه نقش كليدي را در تسهيل وضع حمل و نقل شهري را برعهده دارند، داراي استقرار نامناسب با ديگر عناصر شهري باشند. پس انتخاب محل پاركينگ هاي عمومي يكي از مسائل كليدي در شهرهاي بزرگ محسوب مي شود. انتخاب مكان بهينه براي استقرار اين عنصر شهري براساس معيارهاي مختلف با توجه با شرايط مكاني منطقه مورد مطالعه، قابل بررسي است. در اين پژوهش سعي شده از شاخص هاي از قبيل: فاصله از مراكز جذب، فاصله از معابر، تراكم جمعيت، ارزش ملك، عمر بنا، مالكيت، مكان هاي تاريخي ثبت شده در قالب مدل ANP با استفاده از توابع همپوشاني سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي مكان بهينه براي استقرار پاركينگ ارايه شود. اطلاعات و داده هاي پژوهش حاضر از طريق كتابخانه اي و ميداني تهيه شده است. در تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از نرم افزارهاي ARC GIS وSuper Decision و همچنين Expert Choice استفاده گرديده است. نتايج بررسي نشان مي دهد كه بيشتر پاركينگ هاي كنوني منطقه در محل مناسبي استقرار پيدا نكرده اند، بنابراين قادر به پاسخ گويي به نياز حمل و نقل منطقه نيستند. نكته قابل توجه اين پژوهش تمايل شديد اين عناصر شهري به قرارگيري در مجاورت معابر اصلي شهر با توجه به قرارگيري مناطق جاذب سفر در محدوده معابر شرياني است.

The analysis of data from ARC GIS and Super Decision and Expert Choice software is used. The results show that Most of the current parking area has not been established in place and able are not to respond to the needs of transport.
