ارتقا روند تعويض كفش هاي منطقه ي غير محدود در محل ورود به منطقه ي نيمه محدود در اتاق عمل بيمارستان منتخب اصفهان در سال 1395-يك مطالعه اقدام پژوهي

Promotion of the Process of Changing Unrestricted Area Shoes upon Entering the Partially Restricted Area in Operation Room in the Selected Hospital of Isfahan in 2016 :An Action Research

مقدمه: افرادي كه از بيرون اتاق عمل وارد دپارتمان جراحي مي شوند بايد به درستي پوشش جراحي مناسب براي ورود به منطقه ي نيمه محدود و محدود را بپوشند. كفشي كه در مناطق محدود و نيمه محدود پوشيده مي شود نبايد در مناطق غير محدود پوشيده شود.نظربه اينكه ميكروب هاي بيماري زا داخل كفش جمع شده و به داخل اتاق عمل منتقل مي شوند، پژوهش حاضر با هدف اصلاح روند تعويض كفش هاي منطقه ي غير محدود در محل ورود به منطقه ي نيمه محدود انجام شد. روش و نتايج: مطالعه ي حاضر با رويكرد اقدام پژوهي با رويكرد همكاري متقابل(mutual approach) بود كه در بيمارستان منتخب وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اصفهان انجام شد.17 نفر از پرسنل اتاق عمل بيمارستان منتخب به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارگردآوري داده ها شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته اي بود كه روايي و پايايي آن تأييد شد. براي مطالعه ي حاضر يك چرخه ي عملي چهار مرحله اي (شناسايي مشكل،ارزيابي مشكل، برنامه ريزي براي حل مشكل و اجرا) طراحي و اجرا گرديد. ميزان آگاهي افراد از مشكل موجود، علل عدم تعويض كامل كفش هاي منطقه غير محدود در محل ورود به منطقه نيمه محدود و راهكارهاي اجراي تعويض كامل كفش ها شناسايي شد. با برگزاري كلاس آموزشي، تهيه ي كفش، برگزاري جلسه با مسئولين براي نظارت بيشتر، نصب تابلو،پمفلت و جداسازي و تعيين مرز در بين مناطق، كفش هاي مناطق نيمه محدود و غير محدود كاملا از هم جدا شد. نتيجه گيري: نتايج مطالعه نشان داد همكاري بين پرسنل و مسئولين مي تواند در رتقاروندتعويض كفشهاي منطقهي غيرمحدوددرمحل ورودبه منطقه ينيمه محدوددراتاق عمل موثر واقع شود.

Introduction: Those who enter the surgery department from outside must wear the proper surgery outfits so as to put step in the partially restricted and restricted areas of the operation room. The shoes that are worn in partially and totally restricted areas should not be used in unrestricted areas because pathogenic microbes get precipitated in the shoes and are carried to or via the shoes. The present research has been conducted for promoting the process of changing the unrestricted areas shoes upon entering the restricted and partially restricted areas. Method and Results: This is an action research that was conducted in the selected hospital affiliated to Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and Health Care Services. 17 people were chosen from among the or staffs using access method. The data were collected via questionnaires the validity and consistency of which were proven. For this study a quadruple pragmatic cycle (problem recognition, problem assessment, planning for solving the problem and implementation) was designed and implemented. The degree of people’s consciousness of the existing problems, the reasons of the staff’s negligence regarding changing unrestricted area shoes upon entering the restricted areas and the strategies that are needed for the implementation of changing plan were recognized. By holding consciousness raising workshops, buying shoes, holding meetings with the supervisory bodies, providing signs and pamphlets, separating the restricted and unrestricted areas as well as the specific shoes of each area these areas will be separated. Conclusion: The research results show that the cooperation of staffs and supervisory bodies can promote the process of changing shoes of the restricted and unrestricted areas.
