مطالعه و بررسي سطح آگاهي زنان نسبت به حقوق و تكاليف شهروندي خود

Studying and Considering the level of Knowledge of women to their Citizenship Duties and Rights (Case study: Female Teachers in schools for girls in the city to ilam

پژوهش حاضر در پي بررسي سطح آگاهي زنان معلم ايلامي نسبت به حقوق و تكاليف شهروندي خود است. روش كار در اين تحقيق پيمايش است و تكنيك جمع آوري داده ها نيز پرسش نامه مي باشد. جامعه ي آماري تمامي زنان معلم مشغول به تدريس در تمامي مقاطع سه گانه (ابتدايي، راهنمايي و دبيرستان) مي باشد كه در سال 93-92 در مدارس شهر ايلام مشغول به تدريس اند كه تعداد آنها 875 نفر است كه از اين تعداد 266 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. شيوه ي نمونه گيري ابتدا براي تعيين مدارس بصورت خوشه اي چندمرحله اي بود و سپس براي انتخاب افراد از نمونه گيري طبقه اي متناسب استفاده نموده ايم. در اين راستا برخي از عواملي كه گمان مي رفت بر آگاهي زنان از حقوق و تكاليف شهروندي خود موثر باشد را در قالب سه فرضيه مطرح نموديم كه آزمون حاصل از بررسي اين فرضيات ما را به نتايج زير رساند: همراه با بالا رفتن تعهد و التزام مدني، ، ميزان سرمايه ي اجتماعي در بين معلمان زن در شهر ايلام سطح آگاهي شان از حقوق و تكاليف شهروندي نيز افزايش مي يابد، اما بين ميزان استفاده از وسايل ارتباط جمعي و سطح آگاهي شان از حقوق و تكاليف شهروندي رابطه اي ديده نشد. ضريب همبستگي بدست آمده نيز معادل 547/0 مي باشد، همچنين ضريب تعيين تعديل شده معادل 286/0 مي باشد

The Present research attempts to study the level of awareness of female teachers in the city of Ilam in relation to their citizenship duties and rights. Survey research method was utilized as a research tool and a questionnaire was used to gather data. Statistical population was all female teachers in all three levels (elementary, Pre- secondary and Secondary) who have taught during 2012- 2013 in various schools in the city of Ilam. 266 subjects was selected as sample through multi- stage clustering from a total of 875 female teachers. In this respect, some factors considered to be effective on the extant of adaptation of women to their duties and rights have been proposed in the context of five hypotheses. After testing these hypo these, we obtained the following results: By increasing the Civil obligation and commitment, also it will be increased the extent of studying books related to women rights the extent of social capital, the level of socioeconomic status among female teachers in the city of ilam, their awareness of citizenship duties and rights. But it has been not found a significant relationship between the extent of utilizing mass media and the level of their awareness of their citizenship duties and rights. Obtained correlation coefficient is 0/547, and adjusted square is 0/286.
