چكيده فارسي :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي موانع مشاركت زنان بلوچ در فعاليت هاي اقتصادي و اجتماعي در استان سيستان و بلوچستان به روش توصيفي - پيمايشي انجام گرفته است. طبق آمار نرخ مشاركت اقتصادي و اجتماعي زنان در استان سيستان و بلوچستان كمتر از استان هاي ديگر است. بر اين اساس نمونه آماري تحقيق، شامل 210 نفر از فعالين اجتماعي زن بلوچ بوده كه به صورت نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شده اند. براي گردآوري داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده و در بخش تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از آزمون هاي t تك نمونه اي، آزمون فريدمن، توزيع فراواني، ميانگين و انحراف معيار استفاده شده است. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد كه ساختار فرهنگي، ساختار اجتماعي، موانع اقتصادي، موانع قانوني و موانع آموزشي در پايين بودن مشاركت زنان بلوچ تاثيرگذار هستند. بر طبق نظر پاسخ دهندگان موانع اقتصادي و ساختار اجتماعي داراي بيشترين و موانع آموزشي داراي كمترين تاثير بر ميزان مشاركت زنان بلوچ در فعاليت هاي اقتصادي و اجتماعي هستند.
چكيده لاتين :
This study aimed to investigate the barriers to Baluch women's participation in economic and social activities in Sistan and Baluchistan province through using the descriptive - survey method. According to official data, rate of economic and social participation of women in Sistan and Baluchestan is less than other provinces. َTherefore, the sample of the study consists of 210 social Baluch women activist who have been selected by simple random sampling. A questionnaire developed by the researcher was used for data collection procedure, and for data analysis student t-test, Friedman test, frequency distribution, mean and standard deviation were used. The results of the study indicated that the cultural structure, social structure, economic barriers, legal barriers and educational obstacles are influential in low participation of Baluch women. According to the respondents, economic barriers and social structure have the greatest effect on the participation of Baluch women in economic and social activities and educational obstacles have the least effect.
