امكان سنجي و رتبه‌بندي عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه يادگيري الكترونيكي در آموزش عالي با رويكرد تصميم‌گيري چند معياره فازي

Evaluate and ranking the affecting factors in developing e-learning in higher education with fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making approach

هدف از اين پژوهش امكان سنجش و رتبه بندي عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه يادگيري الكترونيكي در آموزش عالي است. در تحقيق حاضر براساس تحقيقات پيشين و نظر خبرگان عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه يادگيري الكترونيكي در آموزش عالي از نظر فاكتورهاي سنجش توسعه يادگيري الكترونيكي شامل فاكتورهاي انساني، فني، اجتماعي،سازماني شناسايي شدند. براي آزمون و تاييد فرضيه هاي تحقيق از روش هاي آماري و براي رتبه بندي شاخص ها، از رتبه بندي AHPفازي استفاده شده است. به اين منظور دو پرسشنامه تنظيم گرديد؛ پرسشنامه شماره يك به منظور صحت فرضيه هاي تحقيق و پرسشنامه دوم كه پرسشنامه زوجيست براي رتبه بندي شاخص ها مي باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل دانشجويان و اساتيد دانشگاه واحد الكترونيكي دانشگاه آزاد در سال تحصيلي 96-95 مي باشد. حجم نمونه آماري مطابق فرمول كوكران، معادل384 نفر در نظر گرفته شد كه با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه ها بين 384 نفر توزيع گرديد كه از اين تعداد 84 عدد از هر پرسشنامه به دلايل مختلف از جمله پاسخگويي اشتباه به سؤالات و نبودن زمان كافي حذف و تعداد 300 عدد از هر پرسشنامه مورد قبول واقع شد.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and rank the effective factors in developing electronic learning in higher education. In this study, the effective factors in developing electronic learning in higher education were identified in terms of measuring factors of e-learning development including organizational, social, technical and human factors, based on previous researches and the opinion of experts. Statistical methods were used to test and confirm the research hypotheses and fuzzy AHP ranking method was used to rank the indicators. To this purpose two questionnaires were prepared. The first one is for evaluating the accuracy of the research hypotheses and the second one which is a pairwise questionnaire is for rating the indicators. The statistical society of the research is all students and professors of electronic unit of Islamic Azad University in academic year of 95-96. The statistical sample size was considered 384 individuals based on Cochran formula which were selected through the random sampling method. The questionnaire were distributed among 384 individuals from which, 84 questionnaires were omitted due to different reasons such as wrong answers to the questions and the lack of enough time, and 300 questionnaire were accepted.
