تعيين مدل تحليلي اصلاح شده عملكرد هيدروليكي پمپ‌هاي ضربه قوچي

Determine of Modified Analytical Model of Hydraulic Performance of Ram-Pumps

در اين پژوهش مدل تحليلي حاكم بر عملكرد هيدروليكي پمپ‌هاي ضربه قوچي در مرحله پمپاژ اصلاح شده است. بدين منظور با بررسي تغييرات سرعت جريان در لوله تغذيه در مقابل زمان، مراحل كاركرد پمپ به سه بخش شتاب­گيري، پمپاژ و رخداد جريان برگشتي تقسيم گرديد. سپس با غيرخطي در نظر گرفتن افت سرعت در بخش پمپاژ، اصلاحات مورد نظر در مدل تحليلي اعمال شد. علاوه بر آن اثر تغيير حجم بدنه پمپ و الاستيسيته ديسك سوپاپ تكانه نيز در مدل تحليلي پيشنهادي درنظر گرفته شده است. به منظور ارزيابي نتايج حاصل از مدل تحليلي، يك مدل فيزيكي از پمپ ضربه قوچي با قطر 51 ميلي­متر ساخته شد. مقايسه نتايج حاكي از آن است كه غيرخطي در نظر گرفتن افت سرعت در مرحله پمپاژ منجر به افزايش دقت مدل تحليلي تا ميزان سه درصد در مقايسه با تئوري بسته شدن خطي و 14 درصد در مقايسه با آني بسته شدن سوپاپ تكانه جهت پيش‌بيني راندمان پمپ ضربه قوچي شده است.

Hydraulic Ram pump is a device which works without any external energy, and uses to pump water to a considerable height by using renewable energy of water hammer. Mechanism of ram pump cycle produces the water hammer phenomenon and managements of its energy for pumping water. Simple and inexpensive system, use of renewable energy and environmental sustainability, extended the hydraulic ram pump system in third world countries especially. The ram pump system has different component. The supply source of water including springs, rivers and natural streams, drive pipe with definite length and diameter and it has the task of transferring water from the supply source to the ram pump device, set of the ram pump consists two movable valves (impulse valve and delivery valve) and an air chamber. The delivery pipe has the task of transferring the pumping water to the tank storage. The ram pump performance is such that after doing the alternative cycle, a portion of input discharge is pumped to the delivery head.
