چكيده فارسي :
در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﺑﺘﺪا ﻧﺎﻧﻮ ذرات ﮐﻠﻮﺋﯿﺪي اﮐﺴﯿﺪ روي آﻻﺋﯿﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﺼﺮﮔﺎﻟﯿﻢ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﺳﺎده ﺳﻞ ژل ﺗﻬﯿﻪ و ﭘﺲ از ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﺑﻪ ﭘﻮدر ﺧﻮاص ﻧﻮري آن ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺧﻮاص اﭘﺘﯿﮑﯽ ﺳﻞ ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻃﯿﻒ ﺳﻨﺠﯽ ﺟﺬﺑﯽ- ﻋﺒﻮري و ﺗﺎﺑﻨﺎﮐﯽ و ﻃﯿﻒ ﺳﻨﺠﯽ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﻓﻮرﯾﻪ ﻣﺎدون ﻗﺮﻣﺰ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮐﻠﻮﺋﯿﺪي ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﺷﺪه داراي ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﺗﺎﺑﻨﺎﮐﯽ آﺑﯽ در دﻣﺎي اﺗﺎق ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﺗﺎﮐﻨﻮن ﮔﺰارش ﻧﺸﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ، ﻧﺎﻧﻮذرات اﮐﺴﯿﺪ روي آﻻﺋﯿﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﺼﺮ ﮔﺎﻟﯿﻢ ﻧﯿﺰ داراي ﺧﺎﺻﯿﺖ ﻧﻮرﺗﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ در ﻧﺎﺣﯿﻪ ﻃﻮل ﻣﻮج ﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺋﯽ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺘﻮاﻧﺪ ﮔﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدﻫﺎي ﻓﻮﺗﻮﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺑﻠﻮري و رﯾﺨﺖﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﻧﺎﻧﻮذرات ﺳﻨﺘﺰﺷﺪه ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﻪﯾﺎﺑﯽﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﯽ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﺮاش ﭘﺮﺗﻮي اﯾﮑﺲ، ﻃﯿﻒ ﺳﻨﺠﯽ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﻓﻮرﯾﻪ ﻣﺎدون ﻗﺮﻣﺰ، ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺳﮑﻮپ اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯽ ﻋﺒﻮري (TEM) و ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺳﮑﻮپ اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯽ روﺑﺸﯽ (SEM) ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪ. اﻟﮕﻮﻫﺎي ﭘﺮاش ﭘﺮﺗﻮي اﯾﮑﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﺷﺪه داراي ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ورﺗﺰاﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﻄﺒﻖ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻤﺎم ﺻﻔﺤﺎت ﺑﻠﻮري اﮐﺴﯿﺪروي ﺑﺪون ﻫﯿﭻ ﻗﻠﻪ اﺿﺎﻓﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. اﻧﺪازه ذرات ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺼﺎوﯾﺮ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺳﮑﻮپ اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯽ ﻋﺒﻮري و روﺑﺸﯽ ﺑﺘﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺣﺪود 35 اﻟﯽ 55 ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻣﺘﺮ ﺗﺨﻤﯿﻦ زده ﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺣﻀﻮر ﮔﺎﻟﯿﻢ در ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﻪ ﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻃﯿﻒ ﺳﻨﺠﯽ ﭘﺮاش اﻧﺮژي ﭘﺮﺗﻮ اﯾﮑﺲ ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﺷﺪ
چكيده لاتين :
In this study gallium doped zinc oxide (GZO) nanocrystals were prepared by a simple and low cost sol-gel route. As-prepared GZO sol was characterized using UV–Vis absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, FTIR. The GZO nanopowders were prepared by drying of the sol and characterized using X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the prepared nanocrystals have a good blue luminescence property in the visible area that has not been reported before. Also at room temperature the photoluminescence spectrum of the dried GZO nanopowders presented four emissions peak including blue, green, orange and red. In addition, X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the samples had a hexagonal structure. The synthesized colloidal sample has strong blue light emission that was not reported before. The presence of gallium, zinc and related bonds in the structure was confirmed by EDAX and FTIR characterization. The particle size was estimated to be about 35-55 nm using TEM and SEM images. Studies showed that GZO nanocrystals can be a good candidate for nuclear detection, LEDs and optoelectronic devices.
