اثر تراكم بوته و تاريخ برداشت بر عملكرد كل و اجزاي عملكرد چند رقم سيب زميني در بهبهان

Effects of Planting Density and Harvesting Date on Total Yield and Yield Components of some Potato Cultivars in Behbahan

به منظور تعيين مناسب ترين تراكم بوته و تاريخ برداشت براي سه رقم سيب زميني، آزمايشي به مدت دو سال (82-1380) در ايستگاه تحقيقات كشاورزي بهبهان انجام شد. اين تحقيق با استفاده از آزمايش كرت هاي دوبار خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوك هاي كامل تصادفي با سه تكرار اجرا شد. فاكتور اصلي شامل سه رقم سيب زميني آريندا، پيكاسو و سانته، فاكتور فرعي شامل سه تراكم بوته 7.6, 5.3 و 8.9 بوته در مترمربع با آرايش كاشت 20´75, 25´75 و 15´75 سانتي متر و فاكتور فرعي شامل سه تاريخ برداشت 10 ارديبهشت، 25 ارديبهشت و 9 خرداد بود. نتايج تجزيه واريانس مركب نشان داد كه رقم، تراكم بوته و تاريخ برداشت اثر معني داري بر عملكرد كل و قابل فروش غده و اجزاي عملكرد داشتند. اثر رقم و تاريخ برداشت بر درصد عملكرد غيرقابل فروش و اجزا تشكيل دهنده آن (غده هاي ريز، غده هاي پوسيده و رشد ثانويه) نيز معني دار بود ولي اثر تراكم بوته بر كليه اين صفات به استثناي رشد ثانويه معني دار نبود. با افزايش تراكم بوته، وزن متوسط غده و متوسط تعداد غده در هر بوته كاهش ولي عملكرد كل و قابل فروش غده افزايش يافت به طوري كه تراكم 8.9 بوته در مترمربع حداكثر محصول كل و قابل فروش را توليدكرد. با به تعويق افتادن تاريخ برداشت عملكرد كل افزايش يافت و حداكثر محصول كل در تاريخ برداشت 9 خرداد توليد شد ولي به دليل بالا بودن عملكرد غيرقابل فروش در اين تاريخ برداشت، بيشترين محصول قابل فروش در تاريخ برداشت 25 ارديبهشت توليد شد. با توجه به نتايج اين بررسي كاشت رقم سانته با تراكم 8.9 بوته در مترمربع و تاريخ برداشت 25 ارديبهشت براي منطقه بهبهان توصيه مي شود.

For determination of optimum planting density and harvesting date for potato cultivars, a split split plot experiment in basis of RCBD design with four replications was conducted for two years (2001-03) at Behbahan Agricultural Research Station. Main plot consisted of three cultivars Arinda. Piccaso and Sante. Sub plot were three planting densities 5.3, 7.6 and 8.9 plants per square meter (15 75, 20 75 and 25 75 cm) and sub sub plot were three harvesting dates of 30 April, 15 May and 30 May. Combined analysis of variance showed significant effects of cultivar, planting density and harvesting date on total yield, marketable yield and yield components. Effects of cultivar and harvesting date on unmarketable yield and its components (small tubers, rotted tubers and secondary growth) were also significant. Effect of planting density on small and rotted tubers were not significant. Cultivar Sante produced the heighest total and marketable yield. Increase in planting density decreased mean of tuber weight and tuber number per plant. Planting density of 8.9 plants per square meter produced the highest total and marketable yield. The highest total yield was produced in the latest harvesting date, but unmarketable yield was high in this harvesting date. Based on the results, cultivar Sante, density of 8.9 palnts per square meter and harvesting date of 15 May can be recommend for Behbahan region
