طراحي الگوي مسير ورزشي و گذر شغلي در كشتي‌گيران حرفه‌‌اي

Designing the Model of Sports path and Career Transition In professional wrestlers

هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي عوامل موثر بر گذار از مسير شغلي - ورزشي در بين كشتي‌گيران مطرح بود. روش شناسي: روش تحقيق از نوع توصيفي - همبستگي مي باشد. جامعه آماري شامل صاحب نظران در حوزه موضوعي پژوهش بود. نمونه آماري از بين پيشكسوتان، مديران، كارشناسان، مربيان و ورزشكاران مطرح در ورزش كشتي به صورت نمونه گيري هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب و نظرخواهي شدند (234 نفر). ابزار پژوهش پرسش نامه محقق ساخته اي براساس مطالعه كتابخانه اي و مصاحبه هاي نيمه هدايت شده بود (5 عامل، 22 بُعد، 87 گويه). روايي ابزار با استفاده از نظر متخصصان و مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري ارزيابي و تاييد گرديد. جهت تحليل داده ها از نرم افزار جهت تحليل داده ها از نرم افزار pls استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه عوامل شناسايي شده شامل؛ زمينه فردي و بستر شغلي (متغيرهاي مستقل)، مديريت استعداد و ساختار گذر شغلي (متغيرهاي متغير ميانجي) و مطلوبيت گذر شغلي (متغير وابسته) بودند. نتايج تحليل مسير نشان داد كه اين سه عامل به طور مستقيم اثر معني داري بر مطلوبيت گذر شغلي ندارند اما به صورت صورت غيرمستقيم و از طريق ساختار گذر شغلي اثر معني داري دارند. براساس يافته ها ميتوان گفت كه مديريت مسير شغلي در ورزش كشتي مبتني بر نوعي مديريت سيستمي است. مي توان عوامل زمينه فردي و بستر شغلي را به عنوان عوامل پيشايندي، مديريت استعداد و ساختار گذر شغلي را به عنوان عوامل فرايندي و مطلوبيت گذر شغلي را به عنوان عوامل درنظر گرفت كه عوامل فرايندي نقش محوري دارند و تعيين كننده هستند.

Occupational-athletic path in sport includes talent, championship, resignation, reemployment, retirement periods. The purpose of this research was consideration of effective factors on passing of occupational-athletic path among famous wrestling. The research method is descriptive-correlative. Statistical population includes specialists in research field. Statistical sample were deans, managers, experts, coaches and famous athletes in wrestling who were selected in form of meaningful and accessible sampling (n=234). The instrument of research-made questionnaire was in basis of library study and semi-conducted interview (5 factors,22 dimension, 87 subscales). The validity of instrument was confirmed and evaluated by using specialists’ idea and modeling structural equation. For analyzing data was used PLS software. The results was indicated that recognized factors were personal field and occupational spread (independent variables), talent management and structure of occupational path (mediator variables) and desirability of occupational path (dependent variable). The results of line analysis indicated that talent management, personal field and occupational field don’t have significant effect on desirability of occupational path directly, but it has significant effect by structure of occupational path indirectly. According to findings can state that occupational path management is basis on kind of systematical management in wrestling as we can propose personal field and occupational spread as circumstances factors, talent management and structure of occupational passing as process factors and desirability of occupational passing as factors which have main role and are determinative.
