Model Design of Solutions to Improve the level of Wrestling in Kermanshah Province From the Point of View of Experts

هدف از اين پژوهش، طراحي مدل راهكارهاي بهبود سطح كشتي استان كرمانشاه از ديدگاه صاحب‌نظران بود. روش پژوهش آميخته (كيفي و كمي) مي باشد. نمونه آماري در بخش كيفي با توجه به رسيدن به نقطه‌ي اشباع نظري 7 نفر بود. در بخش كمي جامعه‌ي آماري شامل كليه‌ي مديران، مربيان، كشتي-گيران نخبه و پيشكسوتان كشتي استان كرمانشاه به تعداد 155 نفر بود و نمونه با توجه به فرضيه‌هاي به دست‌آمده از بخش كيفي به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده برابر با 110 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار تحقيق شامل پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته به دست آمده از بخش كيفي بود كه پايايي آن با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ برابر با 0/76 ؛ و روايي نيز با استفاده از روايي صوري بر اساس نظر 10 نفر از متخصصان مديريت ورزشي تأييد شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از نرم افزار SPSS براي انجام آمار توصيفي (ميانگين) و آمار استنباطي (تحليل عاملي اكتشافي استفاده شد) و همچنين از نرم‌افزار ليزرل براي انجام تحليل عاملي تاييدي (CFA) و آزمون فرضيه‌هاي تحقيق استفاده گرديد. نتايج نشان داد كه مدل نهايي راهكارهاي بهبود كشتي استان كرمانشاه داراي نه عامل شامل راهكارهاي پيشرفت، مديريتي، قهرماني، استعداديابي، مالي، عمومي، اجتماعي، دانشي، راهكار مربوط به مربي و ورزشكار مي‌باشد و برازش مدل با استفاده از شاخص هايCFI، NFI، NNFI، IFI، PNFI، RMSEA و χ2/df مورد تأييد قرار گرفت . بنابراين مسئولان كشتي استان كرمانشاه براي رفع موانع و مشكلات اين رشته‌ي ورزشي پرطرفدار بايد اين راهكارهاي به دست آمده را در كشتي استان به كار گيرند.

The purpose of this study was model design of solutions to improve the level of wrestling in Kermanshah province from the point of view of the expert. The methodology was mixed (qualitative and quantitative). The Sample in the qualitative section was based on theoretical saturation and we chose 7 people. The population in the quantitative section was all Managers, Coaches, Elite wrestlers and Pioneers of wrestling in Kermanshah province(155 people). According to the hypotheses obtained from the qualitative section, The Sample in the quantitative section was Simple random sampling and we chose 110 people. Instruments of the study were researcher-made questionnaire obtained from the qualitative section The reliability of it was 0.76 using Cronbach's alpha and validity was confirmed by the use of formal validity based on the opinion of 10 sports management specialists.. For data analyze, we utilize to descriptive statistics (mean) and inferential statistics (exploratory factor analysis) by using SPSS Also, LISREL software was used to perform CFA analysis and test hypothesis testing. The results showed that Improvement strategies for Kermanshah province include advancement, management, championship, talent identification, financial, general, social, knowledge, strategy for athlete and coach and The fitting of the model was confirmed using the CFI, NFI, NNFI, IFI, PNFI, RMSEA and χ2 / df indices . Therefore, the officials of the Kermanshah Province wrestling should use of Improvement Solutions to overcome the obstacles and problems of this popular sports field.
