The Relationship Between Organizational Learning and Knowledge Management With Organizational Agility In Sport Delegations Of West Azarbaijan Province

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي ارتباط يادگيري سازماني و مديريت دانش با چابكي سازماني در هيئت هاي ورزشي استان آذربايجان غربي بود. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل 600 نفر از مديران و كاركنان هيئت هاي ورزشي استان آذربايجان غربي بود كه بر اساس جدول مورگان 234 نفر به طور تصادفي طبقه اي براي نمونه تحقيق انتخاب شدند. در اين پژوهش از پرسشنامه هاي يادگيري سازماني گومز و همكاران (2005)، مديريت دانش لاوسون (2003) و چابكي سازماني حسن جرفي (1392) استفاده شد. روايي هر سه پرسشنامه به تأييد 15 تن از متخصصان رسيد و پايايي با آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب0/91، 0/84 و 0/92 محاسبه شد. به منظور تحليل داده ها از روش هاي آماري توصيفي و استنباطي از جمله ميانگين، انحراف معيار، كلموگروف- اسميرنف، رگرسيون تك متغيري با كمك نرم افزار SPSS20 استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه ارتباط مثبت معناداري بين يادگيري سازماني و مديريت دانش با چابكي سازماني وجود دارد. همچنين يادگيري سازماني و مديريت دانش هيئت هاي ورزشي استان آذربايجان غربي قابليت پيش بيني 67 درصد چابكي سازماني هيئت هاي ورزشي استان آذربايجان غربي را دارند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational learning and knowledge management with organizational agility in sport Boards of West Azarbaijan province. The statistical population of the study consisted of 600 managers and staff of sport Boards of West Azarbayejan province. Based on Morgan's table, 234 peoples were randomly selected for research sample. In order to achieve the research goals, The organizational learning questionnaire of Gomez et al. 2005, Knowledge Management questionnaire of Lawson 2003, and organizational agility questionnaire Hasan Jarfi, 2013 were used.. The validity of all three questionnaires was confirmed by 15 experts and their reliability in the preliminary study with 30 subjects and with Cronbach's alpha was 0.91, 0.84 and 0.92, respectively. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods such as mean, standard deviation, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, single variable regression were used with SPSS20 software. The results of the research showed that there is a significant positive correlation between organizational learning and knowledge management with organizational agility. Also, organizational learning and knowledge management of West Azarbaijan Sport Boards can predict 67% of the organizational agility of West Azarbaijan Sport Boards.
