The Relationship between Information Security Management and Work Ethics

زمينه: هدف اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه بين مديريت امنيت اطلاعات و اخلاق كاري در بين كاركنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد مشهد است. روش: پژوهش پيش‌رو از نوع «توصيفي- همبستگي» است. جامعه آماري در اين پژوهش 118 نفر از كارشناسان سازمان مركزي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد مشهد هستند كه به كمك فرمول كوكران تعداد 90 نفر با روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع آوري شد. و در نهايت داده‌هاي تحقيق با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. يافته‌ها: بر اساس نتايج پژوهش يكپارچگي با تمامي ابعاد اخلاق كار و محرمانگي با ابعاد پشتكار و جديت در كار، روابط انساني در محل كار و روح جمعي و مشاركت در كار رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارند. نتيجه‌گيري: براساس نتايج به‌دست آمده بين مديريت امنيت اطلاعات و اخلاق كاري رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد

Background: This study examines the relationship between information security management and work ethic among employees of Islamic Azad University , Mashhad Branch. Method: This research is Descriptive- Correlation . The population are 118 experts of the Central Organization of Islamic Azad University of Mashhad that A total of 90 subjects were randomly selected. The questionnaire reliability was assessed using Cronbach's coefficient. According to the normal variables Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between variables. Results: The results show integrity with all aspects of work ethic and confidentiality are Ambitious, Considerate and Cooperative nominally positive and significant relationship. The results are positive and significant correlation integration with all aspects of the work ethic and confidentiality with ambitious, considerate and cooperative. Conclusion: Based on the results there is positive and significant relationship between information security management and work ethic.
