تغزل در ادبيات معاصر جلوه‌اي ديگر يافته است. زنان از موضوعات زيبايي‌شناختي به موجوداتي فعال بدل شده‌اند و در عرصة ادبيات هم آثار زندگي فعال و خلاقشان همه‌جا مشهود است. در شاخه‌اي از مطالعات ادبي با عنوان «ادبيات‌مقايسه‌اي» به مطالعة مشتركاتي در ادبيات ملل مي‌پردازيم كه حاصل تأثير و تأثر ادبا از آثار يكديگر نيست بلكه حاصل اشتراك در موقعيت و شيوة تفكر است. در اين مقاله ده مفهوم مشترك در توصيف زن در شعر نزار قباني شاعر معاصر عرب و احمد شاملو بررسي شده است. در دوره‌هايي از شعر هر دو شاعر، تغزل و مفاهيم سياسي و اجتماعي با هم درمي‌آميزد و عشق با دغدغه‌هاي ديگر شاعر در نوعي از توازن قرار مي‌گيرد. دو رهيافت اساسي در شعر هر دو شاعر وجود دارد. در رهيافت اول، شور مبارزه و دغدغه اجتماعي شاعر، او را از تغزل بازمي‌دارد. در رهيافت دوم، عشق، به شاعر اميد مبارزه مي‌بخشد. معشوقه در لباس زني كامل و پيامبرگونه منشأ نيكي و زيبايي در جهان شاعر است و همراه شاعر روزهاي پيروزي را جشن مي‌گيرد.

Lyric poetry in contemporary literature has changed. “Woman” has changed from aesthetic subject to an active persona and in the literature field; we can see the effects of this activity and creativity. With contrastive literature as a branch of comparative literature, we study the common subjects in global literature which there are not composed or written by effect from each other, but they are the result of same situations and approaches. In this article, ten common concepts for description “woman” in Nizar Qabbani, Arab contemporary poet, and poems of Ahmad Shamlou, Iranian contemporary poet, are studied. In some poetic periods of these poets, both, lyric and social and poetical issues mixed together and “love” is seen in a specific balance. There are two basic approaches in the poetry of both poets, in first approach bands the poet heat and verve of challenge and social concern. In second approach, “love” gives poet hope for challeng. Beloved in the shape of a prophet and a perfect “woman” is the source of beauty and goodness in the poet’s world and celebrates the days of victory with poet.
