چكيده فارسي :
آينده پژوهي و واكاوي پيشران‌هاي جهاني و ترسيم فضاي حاكم بر آينده روابط فرهنگي بين المللي، چهارچوب مناسبي را براي ارائه تفسيري معقول از آينده درخشان و در عين حال تحول پذير تمدن نوين اسلامي فراهم مي آورد؛ به گونه‌اي كه با بررسي زمينه‌ها و روندهاي تأثيرگذار بر نقش آفريني تمدن نوين اسلامي در حوزه خارج از جهان اسلام، مي‌توان به نيروهاي در حال شكل گيري در آينده نظام فرهنگي بين‌المللي اشاره كرد و به اين نتيجه رسيد كه با توجه به آينده روندهاي فرهنگي جهاني، تمدن نوين اسلامي توانايي ايفاي نقش بالنده در نظام بين المللِ در حال تغيير و همچنين قابليت شكل دهي به هندسه قدرت جهاني را داراست؛ چرا كه با توجه به شرايط متحول، پويا و انتقالي نظام بينالملل ـ‌كه با روندهاي پيچيدگي، شفافيت و آسيب پذيري همراه است‌ـ تمدن نوين اسلامي قابليت آن را دارد كه به نقش آفريني فزاينده در آينده روندهاي فرهنگي ـ تمدنيِ جهاني در خارج از جهان اسلام مبادرت ورزد و به بازيگري تأثيرگذار بر نظام تصميم گيري جهاني تبديل شود. اين مقاله با طرح اين پرسش كه مهم‌ترين پيشران‌هاي خارجي تمدن نوين اسلامي چيستند و چگونه پيشبرد اين ايده را عملياتي و تثبيت ميكنند، به شناخت دقيق تمدن نوين اسلامي و واكاوي پيشران هاي ظهور و پيشبرد آن در خارج از جهان اسلام در سطوح دولتها، ملتها و سازمانهاي بين المللي مي پردازد.

Future studies and analysis of global drives, as well as characterizing future atmosphere of international cultural relationships, provide proper ground to develop a reasonable interpretation for the promising, yet evolving, future of the new Islamic civilization. Investigating contexts and processes influencing the role of the new Islamic civilization outside the Islamic world can reveal emerging forces of the future international cultural system and show that, considering the future of global cultural trends, the new Islamic civilization can play a progressive role in the changing international system and shaping the global formation of power. In the evolving, dynamic, and transitioning state of world order with its complexities, transparency, and vulnerabilities, the new Islamic civilization can increasingly play a part in the future of global cultural-civilizational trends outside the Islamic world and therefore become an influential player in the global decision-making system. This paper attempted to identify the key external drives of the new Islamic civilization and the way they establish and operationalize the idea, providing an accurate understanding of the new Islamic civilization and analyzing the driving factors of its emergence and progress outside the Islamic world at governmental, national, and international organizations levels.
