انتخاب روش مناسب انتقال تكنولوژي فرآيندي در شركت ملي پالايش و پخش فرآورده هاي نفتي ايران با رويكرد تصميم گيري هاي چند معياره فازي

هدف اين پژوهش انتخاب روش مناسب انتقال تكنولوژي فرآيندي در شركت ملي پالايش وپخش فرآورده هاي نفتي ايران است. اين پژوهش كاربردي و از نوع توصيفي-زمينه يابي ميباشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش تعداد 6 نفر از گروه خبرگان سازمان مورد مطالعه مي باشد. ابزار گردآوري داده هاي پرسش نامه هاي مقايسات زوجي مي باشد كه روايي آن ها توسط 5 نفر از اساتيد دانشگاهي و پايايي آن ها با سازگاري پاسخ خبرگان كنترل شد. روش تجزيه تحليل داده ها رويكرد تركيبي رويكرد تصميم گيري هاي چند معياره فازي مي باشد كه در آن از روش DEMATEL براي تعيين روابط و از روش ANP براي وزن دهي معيارها و از روش VIKOR براي رتبه بندي روش هاي انتقال تكنولوژي استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه معيار قوانين و مقررات حفاظت از محصولات و تكنولوژي اولويت اول را دارد و روش سرمايه گذاري مشترك از بين روش هاي ديگر مطلوب تر ديده شد.

The purpose of this study was to select the appropriate method of process technology transfer for National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company.Reviewing the literature,the factors influencing in selection of appropriate methods of technology transfer were identified and were selected by screening. This study from to purpose,applied and the method is descriptive-survey. The study population, Number 6 Members of the Group of Experts Organization of the study.Data were collected by questionnaire is paired comparisons, Its validity by five professors at university and reliability of response compatibility experts control Method Data Analysis is a hybrid approach fuzzy MCDM approach Where of Method DEMATEL for determining the relationship and of ANP Method for weighting the criteria, and the VIKOR method was used to rank alternative.The results showed that the criterion laws and regulations protecting the goods and the technology is the first priority and joint venture of other methods were more favorable.
