مينه: دايه‌گري ديجيتال به سبكي از مراقبت گفته مي‌شود كه وسايل ديجيتال، جايگزين روابط فعال كودك با محيط مي‌شود و كودك در بيشتر ساعات بيداري در مجاورت مداوم با دستگاه‌هاي ديجيتالي است. كودكاني كه از سنين بسيار پايين روزي چندين ساعت در معرض مستقيم دايه‌گري ديجيتالي بوده‌اند، فرصت تعامل با مادر يا مراقب را از دست داده و تجربيات غني محيطي را كه براي رشد بهنجار دستگاه عصبي ضروري است، دريافت نمي‌كنند كه يك دسته از اين كودكان، خردسالان با اختلال طيف اتيسم هستند. نتيجه‌گيري: براساس اصل انعطاف‌پذيري عصبي و يافته‌هاي پژوهش‌هاي پيشين، مواجهه طولاني‌مدت با وسايل ديجيتال (دايه‌گري ديجيتالي) در دوره‌هاي حساس رشد، بازسازماندهي پيوندهاي ساختاري و كاركردي مغز خردسالان را دچار انحراف مي‌كند و باعث بروز نقص در تعاملات اجتماعي و كلام، رفتارهاي تكراري و كليشه‌اي مي‌شود. در اين مقاله مروري پس از بيان مقدمه‌اي كوتاه، تعريف اختلال طيف اتيسم و دايه‌گري ديجيتالي و سازوكارهاي احتمالي تاثير دايه‌گري ديجيتالي بر نشانه‌هاي اين اختلال ارايه و در پايان نتيجه‌گيري شده است.

Background: Digital Nanning is a style of care that digital devices replaced by child active relationship with environment and child are exposed to permanent digital devices. Children who had been exposed to direct digital nanning for several hours from a very young age, losing the opportunity to interact with the mother or caregiver and do not get rich environment that are necessary for normal growth of the nervous system. That one group of these children are young people who are in the autism spectrum. Conclusion: Based on the principle of neuroplasticity and the findings of previous studies, exposure to digital devices in sensitive periods development distort the restructuring structure and function neuroconnectivity in young children and as a consequence deficit in social interaction and language, repetitive and stereotype behaviors occur that continuation of this status child may be push to the neurodevelopment disorders. In this article review after a brief introduction, definition of Autism Spectrum Disorder and digital nanning and possible mechanisms of digital Nanning effects on the ASD symptoms and the end conclusion is expressed.
