بررسي تاثيرگذاري پايگاه اجتماعي ـ اقتصادي بر ميزان مشاركت سياسي (مورد مطالعه: دانشجويان واحد علوم و تحقيقات تهران)

Investigating the Impact of the Socio-Economic Status (SES) on the Level of Political Participation (Case of Study: Students of Tehran Science and Research Branch)

اجتماعي شدن و مشاركت سياسي در نظام سياسي عصر نوين همراه با مدرنيته، لازم و ملزوم يكديگر در امر حاكميت و حكومت در دنياي نوين دانسته شده‌اند. لذا هدف اصلي اين تحقيق بررسي تاثير گذاري پايگاه اجتماعي ـ اقتصادي بر ميزان مشاركت سياسي در ميان دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم و تحقيقات تهران است. چارچوب نظري تحقيق، تركيبي و با تاكيد بر جامعه پذيري سياسي مي‌باشد. اين تحقيق به شيوه پيمايش انجام شده است و داده‌ها به وسيله پرسشنامه از 370 نفر از دانشجويان واحد علوم و تحقيقات در دانشكده‌هاي فني و مهندسي، علوم پايه و علوم انساني و اجتماعي جمع آوري شده است. نتايج تحليل نشان مي‌دهد كه ميان متغيرهاي مستقل (تحصيلات فرد، وضعيت تاهل، نوع شغل والدين (پدر و مادر)، وضعيت اقتصادي خانواده و استفاده از وسايل ارتباط جمعي و رسانه‌ها) و متغير وابسته (مشاركت سياسي فرد) رابطه معني دار وجود دارد. نتايج حاصل از رگرسيون چند متغيره نشان مي‌دهد كه متغيرها به ترتيب تاثيرگذاري و اهميت شان در تبيين متغير وابسته عبارتند از: وضعيت اقتصادي خانواده، استفاده از وسايل ارتباط جمعي و رسانه ها، وضعيت تأهل، تحصيلات فرد و شغل پدر و مادر. در كل اين متغيرها توانسته اند 54% از مشاركت سياسي پاسخگويان را تبيين كنند.

Socialization and political participation in the political system of the modern age, along with modernity, are considered necessary and mutually supportive of governance and ruling in the modern world. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to examine the impact of socio-economic status on the level of political participation among students of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Science and Research Branch. Theoretical framework of research is combined and emphasizes on political socialization. This research is carried out in a survey method and the data are collected by a questionnaire from 370 students of the Science and Research branch at the Faculties of Engineering, Basic Sciences and Humanities and Social Sciences. The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant relationship between the independent variables (individual education, marital status, parental occupation, family economic status and the use of mass media and the dependent variable (individual political participation). The results of multivariate regression show that the variables in their order of magnitude and their significance in explaining the dependent variable are: economic status of the family, using mass media and media, marital status, Level of education and parent's job. In total, these variables have been able to explain 54% of respondents' political participation.
