Rebuilding the Arab-American Alliance to Confront the Gulf Security Threats

يكي از تحولات اساسي در امنيت منطقه‌اي خليج فارس در شرايط كنوني، ميل به ائتلاف و اتحاد كشورهاي عربي منطقه با ايالات متحده آمريكا به منظور مديريت بحران هاي امنيتي منطقه خاورميانه بويژه سوريه و يمن است. همكاري‌هاي آمريكا و كشورهاي عربي خليج فارس در شرايطي است كه پيش از اين در دوران اوباما، ايالات متحده به منظور رقابت با چين، استراتژي چرخش به سمت پاسيفيك در پيش گرفته بود و پيوندهاي استراتژيك خود را با كشورهاي عربي حوزه خليج فارس به حداقل رسانده بود. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش تبييني- توصيفي به دنبال پاسخگويي به اين سؤال است كه بحران‌هاي سوريه و يمن و نقش ايران به عنوان تهديد مشترك، چگونه منجر به بازسازي اتحاد و ائتلاف كشورهاي عربي خليج فارس و ايالات متحده خواهد شد؟ يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه سه عامل نقش برجسته ايران درتحولات منطقه پس از روي كار آمدن دولت شيعي در عراق ، حضور روسيه در تحولات امنيتي خاورميانه و خليج فارس و منافع مشترك آمريكا و كشورهاي عربي در مبارزه با تروريسم مي‌تواند در تقويت همكاري‌ها و اتحاد آنها براي حل و فصل منازعات منطقه‌اي مؤثر باشد.

One of the fundamental evolutions in the security of Persian Gulf region in recent situations, is the desire of Arab countries to regional alliance with the United States for the purpose of managing the middle east with special regard to the crisis in Syria and Yemen. Cooperation between United States and Arab Countries of Obama`s presidency, united states, in order to compete with China, had taken the strategic bonds with Arab countries. This study, by the of specification and description, seeks to answer this question that how the crisis in Syria and Yemen and the role of Iran being considered as a common thread, would lead to the reconstruction of alliance and unio‎n between Arab countries of Persian Gulf and United states? The results show that three factors paly important role in reconstructing the said alliance for the purpose of settling the disputes; Iran`s eminent role in the region afther establishment in Iraq, presence of Russian Security evolutions of the region and Persian Gulf , and common interests of United States and the Arab countries in the war against terrorism.
