هدف از انجام اين تحقيق بررسي ارتباط بين سبك حمايتي استقلالي مربيان با رابطه مربي- ورزشكار در ورزشكاران نوجوان شهر كرمانشاه بود. شركت كنندگان اين تحقيق شامل 300 ورزشكار پسر با ميانگين سن (1/92 ±16/40) بودند كه بطور تصادفي- طبقه اي از ميان ورزشكاران نوجوان شهر كرمانشاه، انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه هاي رابطه مربي- ورزشكار (CART-Q) جووت و تومانيز (2003) و ادراك رفتارهاي حمايتي– استقلالي مربيان در زمينه ورزش (PASSES) هاگر و همكاران (2007) را تكميل كردند. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي (ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون چندمتغيره) در سطح معني داري 0/10
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of the present study was to assess associate between coaches Autonomy-Supportive Behaviors with the Coach-Athlete Relationship in adolescent athletes. Participants were 300 male athletes with mean of age (16.40±1.92) which be selected randomly-startified of adolescent athletes in Kermanshah, and completed coach-athlete relationship questionnaire (Jowett & Ntoumanis, 2003) and perceived autonomy support scale for exercise settings (Hagger et al, 2007). For data analysis, was used descriptive and inferential statistics (pierson correlation test Regression analysis) in significance level of P<0.01. Pierson correlation coefficient showed a significant Positive correlation between coach Autonomy-Supportive Behaviors with the coach-athlete relationship. Regression analysis revealed ability to prevision of Closeness, commitment, and Complementarity components by coach Autonomy-Supportive Behaviors. Based on the results of the present study it can be concluded When coaches use of autonomy supportive leadership style, closeness, commitment, and Complementarity between coaches and athletes will increase.supportive leadership style, closeness, commitment, and Complementarity between coaches and athletes will increase.
