كارآفريني فتوتي جستاري پديدارشناسانه در كارآفريني بومي

Chivalrous Entrepreneurship*: A Phenomenological Study of indigenous Entrepreneurship

در اين نوشتار تلاش شده تا با نگاهي پديدارشناسانه به مقوله كارافريني پرداخته و زمينه شكل گيري كارافريني در معناي غربي آن مورد واكاوي قرار گيرد، تا روشن گردد فردگرايي سود محور موجود در نگاه كارافرينانه غربي تا چه حد تحت تاثير انديشه‌هاي محيطي و فلسفي است كه اين مفهوم در آن ساخته و پرداخته شده است ولذا با بيان تاثير بوشيدو بر دانش و تفكر مديريتي ژاپن امروز به نقش موثر تلفيق دانش روز با مفاهيم سنتي اشاره ميكنيم به عبارتي دانشي كه از يك كشور ديگر وارد ژاپن شده را دروني كرده و با تلفيق مفاهيم سنتي ژاپني، برساخت[1] مي‌كنند. هدف اين نوشتار نيز بيان تاثير پذيري كارافريني از محيط بومي‌ و مباني فكري سرزميني است كه قرار است در آن به كار گرفته شود از اين رو در ادامه به مسئله فتوت و روحيه جمع گرايي در فرهنگ ايراني اسلامي‌ و شيوه استفاده و تلفيق اين مفهوم با دانش و مفهوم ديگري به نام كارافريني پرداخته مي‌شود كه از آن در اينجا تحت عنوان كارافريني فتوتي ياد شده است. اميد است اين مقاله نخستين گام براي تحقق يافتن به كارگيري دانش و فرهنگ بومي‌ايراني جهت توليد مدل و الگوهاي متناسب با زيست بوم اين سرزمين در حوزه كارآفريني باشد.

In this paper, it is tried to look at the phenomenological viewpoint of entrepreneurship and review its ground in its western meaning to clarify to what extent to which the profit-oriented individualism in the Western entrepreneurial view is influenced by environmental and its philosophical ideas has been developed. Consequently, by expressing Bushido's influence on Japan’s today management thought. We refer to the effective role of combining current knowledge with traditional concepts. In other words, the knowledge which has entered Japan from another country is built up by combining traditional Japanese concepts. The purpose of this article is to express the influence of the entrepreneurship on the indigenous environment and the intellectual principles of the land that is to be applied, henceforth, the issue of photo types and the spirit of collectivism in Iranian Islamic culture and the way of using it and integrating this concept with knowledge an‎d another concept called entrepreneurship, which is hereby named is called chivalrous entrepreneurship. It is hoped that this article will be the first step in realizing the use of Iran’s indigenous knowledge and culture in order to produce models and patterns appropriate to the ecosystem of this land in the field of entrepreneurship.
