مقايسۀ موقعيت آموزشي درس تربيت بدني از ديدگاه مديران، معلمان، والدين و دانش‌آموزان دورۀ متوسطه

A Comparison of Educational Position of Physical Education Course from the Viewpoints of High School Principals, Teachers, Parents and Students

هدف اين پژوهش، مقايسۀ موقعيت آموزشي درس تربيت بدني در ميان ساير دروس از ديدگاه مديران، معلمان، والدين و دانش‌آموزان بود. جامعۀ آماري پژوهش را كليۀ مديران و دبيران زن و مرد (76 مدير و 1537 دبير) و تمامي دانش‌آموزان مدارس متوسطۀ شهر رشت (20830) و والدين آنها تشكيل مي‌دادند. نمونۀ آماري شامل كليۀ مديران، 310 دبير، 400 دانش‌آموز (223 نفر دختر و 177 نفر پسر) به‌ همراه والدين آنها (400نفر) بودند. ابزار جمع‌آوري داده‌ها، پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته‌اي با تعداد 25 سؤال بود كه موقعيت‌هاي مختلف آموزشي اين درس را در مقايسه با ديگر دروس پايه‌هاي اول تا سوم متوسطه مي‌سنجيد. روايي صوري و محتوايي اين ابزار توسط 12 صاحب‌نظر دانشگاهي، 20نفر از سرگروه‌هاي درسي مختلف و دبيران باتجربه و پايايي آن با روش آلفاي كرونباخ تأييد شد (r=0.77 تا r=0.82). براي آزمون فرضيه‌هاي پژوهش از آزمون‌هاي فريدمن، ويلكاكسون، يومان ويتني، كروسكال واليس استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد تفاوت بين موقعيت درس تربيت بدني و موقعيت ساير دروس از ديدگاه دانش‌آموزان، والدين، مديران و معلمان وجود دارد، همچنين دانش‌آموزان پسر اولويت بالايي نسبت به دختران براي درس تربيت بدني در نظر گرفته بودند.

The aim of the present study was to compare the educational position of physical education course among other subjects from the viewpoints of principals, teachers, parents, and students. The statistical population consisted of all male and female principals and teachers (76 principals and 1537 teachers), and all high school students of Rasht city (20830 subjects) and their parents. The sample consisted of all principals, 310 teachers, 400 students (177 boys and 223 girls) and their parents (400 subjects). A researcher-made questionnaire (25 items) was used which compared different educational positions of this subject with other school subjects of first to third grades. Content and face validity was approved by 12 academic professors, 20 supervisors of different educational groups and experienced teachers; the reliability was also approved by Cronbach Alpha method (r=0.77 to r=0.82). To test the research hypotheses, Friedman test, Wilcoxon test, U Mann Whitney test and Kruskal-Wallis test were used. The results showed a significant difference between the position of physical education subject and other school subjects from the viewpoints of students, parents, principals, and teachers. Also, boys attached higher priority to physical education than girls.
