بررسي تأثير توسعه پايگاه‌هاي نظامي آمريكا در منطقه غرب آسيا بر امنيت نظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران

Impact of the development of US military bases in the West Asian region on the military security of the Islamic Republic of Iran

امروزه آمريكا به بهانۀ مبارزه با تروريسم تلاش مي‌نمايد تا امنيت منطقه‌اي در غرب آسيا را بي‌ثبات و ناامن نشان دهد و حضور خود را در كشورهاي منطقۀ غرب آسيا توجيه نمايد. در اين راستا سعي نموده بخش عمدۀ بودجۀ نظامي خود را صرف ايجاد و توسعۀ پايگاه‌هاي نظامي نمايد. مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسي تأثير توسعۀ پايگاه‌هاي نظامي آمريكا در منطقۀ غرب آسيا در زمينه توسعۀ پايگاه‌هاي زميني، هوايي و دريايي به منظور تأثير آنها بر امنيت نظامي ج.ا.ايران انجام گرفته است. اين تحقيق از نوع كاربردي است و تبيين آن از طريق مصاحبه با تحليل‌گران جامعۀ اطلاعاتي آجا و ستاد كل نيروهاي مسلح و مطالعۀ اسناد و مدارك معتبر به روش توصيفي مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. پرسش‌نامه حاوي 12 سؤال بسته با جامعۀ نمونه 40 نفري است و پايايي آن از طريق آزمون فرض خي2 با ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 9٪ تأييد شد. نتيجه تحقيق نمايان مي‌سازد كه مهمترين دلايل توسعۀ پايگاه‌هاي نظامي آمريكا در منطقۀ غرب آسيا، در مرحله اول امنيت مسير حمل و نقل انرژي و در مرحلۀ دوم ايجاد امنيت براي متحدين آمريكا از جمله رژيم صهيونيستي مي‌باشد و جمهوري اسلامي ايران بايد با افزايش قابليت‌هاي نظامي، بازدارندگي در عرصه‌هاي مختلف را افزايش دهد.

Nowadays the US exploiting fighting against terrorism, is trying to show instability and insecurity in the region so that it could justify its presence west Asian countries This study was done with the aim to investigate the development of US Army, Navy and Air Force bases in West Asia and its impact on the military security of the I.R of Iran. According to the findings, the most important reasons for the development US Bases in West Asia are as follows: first, providing the security of the energy shipping; second, providing the security for US allies including Zionist Regime. In this regard, the development of US Bases in West Asia has direct and indirect impact on the military security of the I.R of Iran. Therefore, I.R of Iran must consider the following action: enforcing its military power, strengthening deterrence capability based on active diplomacy, improving short-range ballistic missiles, building strong and secret undercover sites, exploiting forces in line with resistance axis in the region, using opportunities and reliance building with the aim to expel foreigners from the region, signing joint defensive treaties and collective security.
