چكيده فارسي :
در ميان شاعران معاصر، مهدي حميدي شيرازي نامي آشنا و آثاري ماندگار به‌ويژه در عاشقانه‌سرايي دارد. دو مثنوي «موسي» و «بت‌شكن بابل» دو سروده‌ي معروف او هستند كه توانايي او را در سرودن اشعار غيرعاشقانه نيز بازمي‌نمايند. هر دو اثر بر پايه‌ي سرگذشت دو پيامبر (موسي و ابراهيم) شكل گرفته‌اند و رويدادهايي از زندگي آنها را بازمي‌گويند. در اين مقاله، دو مثنوي يادشده بازخواني و با يك‌ديگر مقايسه مي‌شوند تا ضمن بررسي شيوه‌ي حميدي، ميزان توفيق او در سرودن اين دو اثر ارزيابي شود.
يافته‌هاي اين بررسي نشان مي‌دهد كه شيوه‌ي حميدي را در آفرينش اين دو منظومه مي‌توان بازنويسي خلّاق دانست. او سرگذشت موسي و ابراهيم را در جايگاه اثري كهن در نظر گرفته و روايتي خلّاقانه با محوريت يك رويداد برجسته در زندگي آنها بازنوشته است. با مقايسه‌ي اين دو مثنوي، «بت‌شكن بابل» اثري خلاق‌تر و منسجم‌تر شناخته مي‌شود كه رويدادهاي زندگي ابراهيم به‌گونه‌اي هنري براي پيش‌برد پيرنگ و تقويت شخصيت‌پردازي در آن به كارگرفته شده است.
چكيده لاتين :
Amongst modern Iranian poets, Mehdi Hamidi Shirazi is renowned and has created considerable works, particularly in romantic. “Moses” and “The Iconoclast of Babel” are two well-known poems by Hamidi which mirror his skills in composing non-romantic poetry as well. Both poems have as their axes the biographies of two prophets (Moses and Abraham), and recount episodes of their lives. In this article, these two works will be re-read and compared to one-another for examining the degree of his success in creating these two works and also besides a survey of his style. Re-reading and examining these two oeuvres shows that in either, an outstanding event in the lives of Moses and Abraham has been picked so that, relying upon it, a new portrait and character can be provided of either of the two prophets. In comparison, “The Iconoclast of Babel” is known as a more creative and consistent oeuvre in which the salient episodes of Abraham’s life have been utilized for advancing the theme and enforcing the characterization.
