بررسي تأثير سيستم كنترل كيفيت شش سيگما بر عملكرد سازمان (مورد مطالعه: شركت نفت چشمه‌خوش دهلران)

Investigating the Effect of Six Sigma Quality Control System on Organizational Performance Case Study: Cheshmeh Khosh Dehloran Oil Company

بهبود عملكرد يكي از مهمترين اهداف هر سازمان به شمار مي‌رود. سيستم كنترل كيفيت شش سيگما متدولوژي بهبود مستمر كيفيت است كه با كاهش تغييرات ذاتي فرايند انجام مي‌شود. از تكنيك‌هاي بهبود فرايند كه در پنج دهۀ اخير مورد استفاده قرار گرفته، شش سيگما به عنوان مؤثرترين تكنيك بهبود كيفيت مطرح شده است. اين تكنيك باعث بهبود عملكرد و افزايش ميزان رضايت مشتري مي‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي تأثير سيستم كنترل كيفيت شش سيگما بر عملكرد شركت نفت چشمه‌خوش دهلران صورت گرفت. اين پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش در زمرۀ تحقيقات توصيفي - همبستگي قرار مي‌گيرد. جامعۀ آماري آن نيز شامل كليۀ مديران، سرپرستان و كارشناسان شركت نفت چشمه‌خوش دهلران به تعداد 400 نفر بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران، 196 نفر محاسبه گرديد. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها نيز پرسشنامه بود كه براي بررسي روايي آن از نظر خبرگان و براي بررسي پايايي آن از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ (0/832) استفاده شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري‌شده نيز از طريق مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آموس صورت گرفت. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه سيستم كنترل كيفيت شش سيگما بر عملكرد شركت نفت چشمه‌ خوش دهلران تأثير معناداري دارد.

Performance improvement is one of the most important goals of any organization. The Six Sigma Quality Control System is a continuous quality improvement methodology that is performed by reducing the inherent changes of the process. 6 Sigma has been considered as the most effective technique for improving quality using process improvement techniques that have been used in the last five decades. Six Sigma will improve performance and increase customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of six sigma quality control system on the performance of Cheshmeh Khosh Dehloran oil company. This research is applied in terms of the purpose and in terms of the method is a descriptive-correlative one. The statistical population of this study is the total number of 400 managers, supervisors and experts of Cheshmeh Khosh Dehloran Oil Company. The sample size was calculated using the Cochran formula, as 196 people. The data gathering tool in this research is a questionnaire. The questionnaires were used to assess the validity of the questionnaires and to assess their reliability, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.832. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the collected data using Amus software. The results of this study showed that the Six Sigma Quality Control System has a significant effect on the performance of Cheshmeh Khosh Dehloran Oil Compan.
