بررسي عوامل فرهنگي مؤثر بر رفتار زيست‌ محيطي شهروندان (مورد مطالعه: شهروندان شهر آمل)

Investigating the Cultural Factors Affecting Environmental Behavior of Citizens (Case Study: Citizens of Amol City)

فاجعه زيست‌ محيطي نه تنها آرامش و امنيت جوامع انساني، بلكه اصل بقا و هستي را نيز تهديد مي‌كند. از همين رو مي­توان گفت كه براي تعديل فجايع زيست‌ محيطي، بايد اصلاح و تغيير رفتار شهروندان در مواجهه با محيط‌زيست اطرافشان است. كه در اين بين مؤلفه‌هاي اجتماعي و فرهنگي در اين خصوص اهميت و ضرورت انكارناپذيري دارند. از همين روي هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر شناخت تأثير عناصر و مؤلفه‌هاي فرهنگي بر رفتارهاي زيست‌ محيطي شهروندان است. روش تحقيق پيمايش و ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها و اطلاعات لازم پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است كه از بين شهروندان شهر آمل به عنوان جامعه آماري، تعداد 384 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماري با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي انتخاب شدند. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه رابطه معني‌داري بين عملكرد نهادهاي دولتي، مشاركت فرهنگي و عنصر فرهنگي و رفتار زيست‌محيطي شهروندان شهر آمل وجود دارد و در مقابل رابطه معني‌داري بين وجود تشكل‌هاي غير دولتي و رفتار زيست محيطي شهروندان مورد تأييد قرار نگرفت. نتيجه­ كلي تحقيق حاكي از تأثير عملكرد نهادهاي دولتي در رفتارهاي زيست‌محيطي شهروندان در نحوه مواجهه درست و مناسب آنان دارد كه در اين بين عناصر و مؤلفه‌هاي فرهنگي(آگاهي فرهنگي و مشاركت فرهنگي) نقش پر رنگ و تعيين كننده‌اي در رفتارهاي زيست‌محيطي شهروندان شهر آمل دارد.

Environmental catastrophe not only threatens the peace and security of human societies but also threatens the principle of survival and being. Therefore, it can be said that to moderate environmental Catastrophes, it is possible to modify and change the behavior of citizens in the context of the environment around them, while social and cultural components in this regard are important and indisputable. Therefore, the main goal of the present study is to identify the impact of cultural elements and components on environmental behaviors of citizens. The research method is survey and data gathering tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. Among the citizens of Amol, 384 people are selected as the statistical sample by a random sampling method. The research findings show that there is a significant relationship between the performance of governmental institutions, cultural participation and cultural element and environmental behavior of the citizens of Amol , and there is no significant relationship between the existence of non-governmental organizations and the environmental behavior of citizens. The overall conclusion of the research indicates that the performance of public institutions in the environmental behaviors of citizens is in the way of their proper exposure. Among these, cultural elements and components (cultural awareness and cultural participation) play a crucial role in the environmental behaviors of citizens of Amol.
