ارزيابي ميزان اثر آموزشهاي تخصصي كشاورزي بر درآمد دانش آموختگان شاغل در مركز آموزش فني و حرفهاي شهرستان بابلسر

Evaluating the Effects of Agricultural Specialized Training on Income of Graduates of Technical & Vocational Training Center of Babolsar

با توجه به اهميت آموزش و همچنين پرورش نيروي كار نيمه­ ماهر جهت كار در بخش­هاي مختلف توليدي و خدماتي و همين­طور انجام تحقيقات علمي قبل و بعد از برگزاري دوره­ هاي مذكور جهت نياز سنجي و مشخص ­سازي عمكرد آموزش­هاي ارائه شده، بايستي گفت كه هدف اين پژوهش ارزيابي ميزان كارآيي كارآفريني آموزش­هاي تخصصي كشاورزي در سازمان آموزش فني و حرفه­اي در زمينه درآمدزايي با توجه به استانداردهاي سازمان بين­ المللي كار است. جهت انجام اين ارزيابي، اطلاعات مربوط به چهار متغير ميزان درآمد كسب شده، نمرات ارزشيابي نهايي، تعداد دفعات مراجعه براي دريافت مشاوره و ميزان وام دريافتي يك نمونه 100 نفره از دانش ­آموختگان رشته­ هاي گوناگون كشاورزي مركز آموزش فني و حرفه­اي شهرستان بابلسر طي سال­هاي 1389 و 1390 جمع­آوري گرديد و پس از ميانگين ­گيري مورد استفاده قرار گرفت . در مرحله اول شدت و جهت اثرپذيري ميزان درآمد دانش ­آموختگان از سه متغير مستقل مورد نظر در قالب برآورد ضرائب يك رگرسيون خطي اندازه­گيري گرديد و در مرحله بعد رابطه بين اين سه متغير مستقل و كارآيي كارآموزان در چهارچوب روش تحليل فراگير داده­ها مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج حاصل حاكي از آن است كه علي­رغم اثر مثبت و معني­ دار سه متغير نمرات ارزشيابي نهايي، تعداد دفعات مراجعه براي دريافت مشاوره و همچنين ميزان وام دريافتي بر درآمد كسب شده دانش­ آموختگان مركز فني و حرفه­اي بابلسر، امكان بهره­ گيري بهتر از اين سه عامل به ميزان زيادي وجود دارد. بنابراين، بايستي برنامه­ ريزي­ ها و سياست­گذاري­ هاي مؤثري در اين زمينه صورت گيرد.

According to importance of education and training of semi-skilled labors for employing in various production and services sectors and also importance of pre and post researches on performance of such training, this research aimed to evaluate the entrepreneurship of agricultural specialized training in the technical and vocational training organization according to the standards of the International Labor organization. To conduct this evaluation, the data related to the earned income, the final evaluation scores, number of visits for advice and the received loans of a sample of 100 graduates of various branches of agricultural sciences from technical and vocational training center of Babolsar during 1389 and 1390 were collected and after averaging was used. In the first stage, the affecting intensity and direction of graduates' income from three mentioned independent variables using a linear regression was measured and in the next stage the relationship among these three independent variables and the efficiency of graduates in a Data Envelopment Analysis framework was evaluated. The results of this study indicates that despite of a positive and significant effect of three variables of the final evaluation scores, number of visits for advice and the received loans on the earned income of the technical and vocational training center of Babolsar, the performance of these three variables can be increased. Therefore, some more effective planning and policy makings are required.
