شناسايي موانع آموزش كارآفريني در مراكز آموزش كشاورزي (مطالعه موردي: مركز آموزش كشاورزي شهرستان مياندوآب)

Identifying the Entrepreneurship Education Barriers in the Agricultural Educational Center

تحقيق حاضر، به منظور شناسايي موانع آموزش كارآفريني در مركز آموزش كشاورزي شهرستان مياندوآب انجام شده است. تحقيق از نوع توصيفي- همبستگي مي­باشد كه به روش پيمايشي انجام شد. جامعه آماري شامل همه فراگيران مركزآموزش كشاورزي شهرستان مياندوآب شامل 300 فراگير كه در كلاس­هاي درس كارآفريني شركت كرده بودند، مي­باشد. از اين تعداد 178 نفر با استفاده از جدول كرجسي و مورگان و روش نمونه­ گيري تصادفي انتخاب شدند. براي جمع­ آوري داده­ ها از مصاحبه و پرسشنامه كه اصلي­ترين ابزار در جمع ­آوري داده­ ها در روش پيمايشي مي­ باشند، استفاده شد. در تأييد روايي پرسشنامه، از نظر اساتيد دانشگاه تربيت مدرس استفاده شد. يافته­ هاي اين تحقيق نشان مي­دهد كه نبود تعامل ميان دانشگاه و بنگاه­ هاي كارآفرين و عدم استفاده از مدرسان متخصص در تدريس به عنوان مهمترين موانع شناسايي شدند. ضمن اينكه نتايج به دست آمده از تحليل عاملي، نارسايي سياست­گذاري و برنامه­ ريزي را به عنوان مهم­ترين عامل شناسايي كرد.

The aim of present study is identifying the entrepreneurship educational barriers is miandoab agricultural educational center this is a descriptive-correlation and survey study. Statistical population of the study include, all students in miandoab agricultural education center who participate in entrepreneurship courses. A simple random sample of 186 students was selected using the krejcie and Morgan table. In order to gathering data, interview and questionnaire were utilized as the main tools of data gathering a survey study. The validity of questionnaires were confirmed with corrective feedback from professors of Tarbiat Modares university. According to the results of this study, lake of interaction between university and entrepreneurial firms and avoidance of using skillful teachers are the main educational barriers. Also, based on the results of factor analysis weakness of policy and planning are the main barriers.
