Identification of Entrepreneurship Development Strategies in Agricultural Sector based on Agricultural Expert’s views of Science and Technology Park of Kermanshah

تحقيق حاضر، به منظور شناسايي راهبردهاي توسعه كارآفريني در بخش كشاورزي از نظر متخصصان كشاورزي مستقر در پارك علم و فناوري كرمانشاه انجام شد. اين پژوهش به لحاظ هدف كاربردي و از نظر گردآوري داده‌ها توصيفي- پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري شامل همه مديران بخش‌هاي كشاورزي است كه در 49 واحد از 229 واحد مستقر در پارك علم و فناوري كرمانشاه در زمينه كشاورزي فعاليت داشتند. داد‌ه‌ها با استفاده از پرسش­نامه محقق‌ساخته گردآوري شدند و با نرم­افزار SPSS تجزيه و تحليل شدند. روايي پرسش­نامه توسط متخصصان تأييد و براي تعيين ميزان پايايي از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد (97 درصد). يافته‌هاي اين تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه عوامل زيرساختي، راهكارهاي زمينه‌اي، راهكارهاي حمايتي و تسهيلاتي به كارآفرينان، راهكارهاي انگيزشي و آموزشي، حمايت‌هاي دولتي، ارائه خدمات مشاوره‌اي و برنامه‌هاي كسب مهارت‌هاي مديريتي به عنوان مهم­ترين راهبردهاي توسعه كارآفريني كشاورزي شناسايي شدند و در مجموع حدود 98/79 درصد از كل واريانس را تبيين كردند.

The present study aims to identify the entrepreneurship development strategies in agricultural sector based on agricultural expert’s views of Science and Technology Park of Kermanshah. The research method study applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The population consisted of entire managers of agricultural sectors wich consist the managers of 49 units from total 229 units located in the Science and Technology Park of Kermanshah. Data were collected using a researcher made questionnaire and were analyzed using SPSS. Data validity were confirmed by experts and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to measure the reliability (97%). The findings showed that the most important entrepreneurship development strategies in agricultural sector were the infrastructure factors, context strategies, supportive strategies and facilities to the entrepreneurs, motivational and educational strategies, support of government, providing consulting services and acquiring managing skills. The above mentioned factors were exploired about 79.98 percent of the total variance.
