بررسي رابطه بين رهبري خدمتگزار با سرمايه فكري با نقش ميانجي جامعه پذيري سازماني در ميان كاركنان ادارات كل ورزش و جوانان استان آذربايجان غربي

The Investigating Relationship between servant leadership With intellectual capital with test the role of mediator of organizational socialization mong the staff departments of Youth and Sports West Azerbaijan province

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي تاثير رهبري خدمتگزار بر سرمايه فكري با نقش ميانجي جامعه پذيري سازماني انجام شده است. روش تحقيق، توصيفي و طرح پژوهشي همبستگي از نوع مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل تمامي كاركنان زن و مرد ادارات كل ورزش و جوانان استان آذربايجان غربي به تعداد 219 مي باشد. كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري غير تصادفي هدفمند 196 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري جهت مطالعه انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري داده هاي پژوهش از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد رهبري خدمتگزار، سرمايه فكري و جامعه پذيري استفاده شد. داده هاي تحقيق پس از جمع آوري با استفاده نرم افزارهاي آماري LISREL، SPSS تحليل شدند. نتايج معادلات ساختاري نشان داد كه اثر مستقيم رهبري خدمتگزار (0/35) و جامعه پذيري سازماني(0/47) بر سرمايه فكري در سطح 0/001 مثبت و معني دار مي باشد.اثر مستقيم رهبري خدمتگزار (0/69) بر جامعه پذيري سازماني در سطح 0/001 مثبت و معني دار مي باشد. اثر غير مستقيم رهبري خدمتگزار بر سرمايه فكري با نقش ميانجي جامعه پذيري سازماني (0/30) در سطح 0/001 مثبت و معني دار مي باشد.

This study aimed to investigate relationship the effect of servant leadership on intellectual capital; test the role of mediator organizational socialization mong the staff departments of Youth and Sports West Azerbaijan province is done. The research method was descriptive and co relational study, structural equation modeling. Statistical population included all male and female employees in the departments of Youth and Sports in Western Azerbaijan province is 219 that by using sampling method purposefully non-random statistical sample 196 persons as sample were select for study. For gathering data, three standard questionnaires Servant leadership, intellectual capital and socialization were used. Research data after collecting by using statistical software LISREL, SPSS at descriptive level (mean, standard deviation, skew and kurtosis) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient, structural modeling) were analyzed were analyzed. Results of Structural equation modeling showed that the direct effect of servant leadership (0/35) and organizational socialization (0/47) on intellectual capital at the level of 0/001is positive and significant. The direct effect of servant leadership (0/69) on organizational socialization at level of 0/001 is positive and significant. Indirect effect of servant leadership on intellectual capital with role of mediator organizational socialization (0/30) at level of 0/001 is positive and significant
