شناسايي و رتبه‌بندي عوامل حياتي موفقيت سيستم‌هاي هوشمند كسب‌ و كار در صنعت درمان با رويكرد آميخته (مطالعه موردي بيمارستان‌هاي شهر بندر عباس)

Identifying and prioritizing critical success factors of business intelligence systems in Medical Industry with a mixed approach(Case:Bandar Abas’s hospitals)

هدف از انجام اين تحقيق، شناسايي و رتبه­ بندي عوامل حياتي موفقيت در پياده­ سازي سيستم­ هاي هوشمند كسب ­و ­كار در صنعت درمان است. تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر شيوه­ ي گردآوري اطلاعات توصيفي-پيمايشي است. در اين تحقيق ابتدا به روش كيفي و با استفاده از مصاحبه با خبرگان صنعت درمان، عوامل حياتي موفقيت سيستم­ هاي هوشمند كسب ­و­ كار براي صنعت درمان شناسايي و طبقه­ بندي شدند. پس از آن از طريق روش­ هاي كمّي ديمتل و فرآيند تحليل شبكه(ANP) عوامل و زير عوامل شناسايي شده وزن­ دهي و رتبه­ بندي شدند. جامعه آماري در اين تحقيق مديران و كارشناسان بخش فناوري اطلاعات بيمارستان­ هاي شهر بندر­عباس است و براي تحليل داده­ ها از نرم افزار Super Decision استفاده شد كه نتايج حاكي از آن است كه عوامل موفقيت شناسايي شده به ترتيب اولويت به صورت زير قرار دارند: تطابق با نيازهاي كاربران، تأمين نيازهاي سازمان، بعد عملياتي سيستم، توانايي تجزيه­ و­ تحليل، انعطاف ­پذيري سيستم، خدمات و توانايي يكپارچگي سيستم و در نهايت بعد سازماني سيستم.

The aim of this study was to identify and rank the critical success factors in the implementation of business intelligence in the treatment industry. This study in terms of the goal is practical and in terms of data collection is Description-Survey. In this study, at first qualitative approach usuing interviews treatment industry experts, critical success factors in the business intelligence system for treatment were idenfied and classified. Then “Dymtl” through quantitative method and analytic network process(ANP) weighting factors and sub-factors identified and were ranked. The population in this research is managers and expert in the IT sector hospitals in Bndar Abbas. Super Decision software was used to analyze the data, the results suggest that the success factors identified in order of priority and as fallow: Adapting to the needs of users, meet the needs of organization,operating the system,the ability to analyze felexibility,service and system integration capabilities,finally,the organization system.
