ارزيابي و مقايسه امكانات دبير در سامانه هاي مديريت همايش هاي علمي ملي و بين المللي

Evaluation and Comparing the Secretary Facilities of National and International Conferences Management Systems

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي و بررسي امكانات دبيران سامانه‌هاي مديريت محتواي همايش‌ها در سطح ملي و بين‌المللي انجام شده است. در اين پژوهش توصيفي از روش تحليل سيستم، مصاحبه شفاهي، روش اسنادي، همچنين از بررسي‌هاي تجربي و عملي استفاده شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل سامانه‌هاي مديريت همايش‌هاي ملي و بين‌المللي و نمونه‌هاي پژوهش شامل سه سامانه مديريت همايش داخلي (شركت يكتا وب افزار شرق، شركت فراز نت (نگار)، شركت اداك)، سه سامانه بين‌المللي (اي.اس.ام.ايي، كانفتول و پي.كا.پي) است. در يافته‌هاي پژوهش، سامانه‌هايي كه بيشترين اختيارات و امكاناتي را براي دبيران فراهم كرده بودند، مشخص گرديد. همچنين سامانه‌هاي مورد بررسي با اختلاف جزئي اكثر قابليت‌هاي موجود دبير، در يك سيستم استاندارد را دارا بودند. سامانه مديريت همايش داخلي با اختلاف ناچيزي هم‌سطح سامانه‌هاي مديريت همايش‌هاي خارجي قرار گرفته‌اند. در پايان مي‌توان اين‌گونه نتيجه‌گيري كرد كه شركت‌هاي داخلي تلاش كرده‌اند كه همپاي سامانه‌هاي مطرح بين‌المللي باشند و در راستاي ارتقاي سامانه‌هاي خود مي‌كوشند. اين يافته‌ها مي‌تواند كمك مؤثري در طراحي و توسعه سيستم، خريد و يا استفاده سيستم داشته باشد.

The main objective of this study is to identify and compare the secretary features of content management systems of conferences, at the national and international level. In this research, a descriptive analysis approach using web-based survey, Suehas oral interviews, conference website and various parts of the system, movies and slides, documentary and library studies methods including study guides, educational menus and all existing evidences, empirical and practical studies were conducted. Finally, for measuring and comparing the available facilities in the selected samples descriptive method was used using SPSS and Excel software. The population of the study was conferences management system in the national and international level. The samples of the study consisted of three national conference management systems (Yekta Web, Afzare Shargh, Negar and Adak) and three international systems (ASME, Conftool and OCS(PKP). The findings showed that among the international systems, Conftool system reached the highest score in terms of secretary part. In the national systems, Yekta Web system in the part of the secretary of the Congress gained the highest score in terms of facilities. Finally, it is concluded that with a slight difference all of the investigated systems have the capabilities of the standard systems. Also, Yekta Web management system had a little difference with those of conferences of international management systems. The research findings can help in the design, development, purchase, or utilization of the new conference management systems.
