بررسي نقش واسطه‌اي عزت نفس در رابطه بين كژكاري جنسي با دلزدگي زناشويي مردان وابسته به مواد افيوني

Investigating of the Mediating Role of Self-Esteem in the Relationship between Sexual Dysfunction and Marital Burnout in Opium Dependent Males

زمينه و هدف: اعتياد مشكلي چند وجهي است و از عوامل فردي و بين فردي متعددي تاثير مي پذيرد. يكي از جنبه هاي مهم انسان كه در افراد دچار اعتياد تحت تاثير قرار مي گيرد، فعاليت هاي جنسي است.لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين نقش واسطه­ اي عزت نفس در رابطه بين كژكاري جنسي با دلزدگي زناشويي مردان وابسته به مواد افيوني انجام شد. روش كار: طرح پژوهش حاضر همبستگي از نوع تحليل مسير بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش را كليه معتادان مرد وابسته به مواد افيوني مراجعه‌كننده به مراكز ترك اعتياد شهر تهران در سال 1395 تشكيل دادند كه از بين آن‌ها 215 نفر به شيوه نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي تصادفي انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع­آوري داده­ هاي پژوهش، پرسشنامه عزت نفس روزنبرگ، شاخص بين المللي عملكرد نعوظي و پرسشنامه دلزدگي زناشويي پايينز مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. براي تحليل داده­هاي پژوهش از شاخص­ هاي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي (همچون ماتريس همبستگي و رگرسيون چندگانه)درSPSS-21 استفاده شد. يافته ها: يافته­ هانشان داد كه كژكاري جنسي بطور مستقيم بر دلزدگي زناشويي تأثير نمي­ گذارد (0/006=β و 0/89 p). نتيجه گيري: با توجه به يافته ­هاي پژوهش حاضر كه نشان داد عزت نفس نقش واسطه ­اي مهمي در رابطه بين عملكرد جنسي با دلزدگي زناشويي دارد، بنابراين لازم است در مداخله­ هاي درماني، خانواده درماني و آموزش هاي خانواده توجه ويژه اي به عزت نفس صورت پذيرد.

Background and aim: Addiction is a multifaceted problem and is influenced by numerous personal and interpersonal factors. Sexual function is one of the important activities which influenced in people with addiction. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the mediating role of self-esteem in the relationship between sexual dysfunction and marital Burnout in opium dependent males. Methods: A correlational design with path analysis approach was used to conduct this study. Statistical population was included all opium dependent males referring to addiction treatment centers of Tehran city in 2016. Of whom, 215 persons were selected by randomized cluster sampling method. The Rosenberg Self-Esteem questionnaire, International Index of Erectile Function and Marital Burnout questionnaire were used to collect the data. Descriptive and inferential statistics including Pearson correlation and multiple regressions were used to analyze the data in SPSS (ver.21). Results: Although sexual function had no direct effect on marital Burnout (β= 0.006, p> 0.89) but it indirectly affected marital burnout by lowering the self-esteem (β=0.102, p> 0.001). Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, self-esteem plays an important mediating role in the relationship between sexual function and marital Burnout. Therefore, a special attention is needed for the role of self-esteem in medical interventions and family therapy or counseling.
